Hawks motorsports has the throttle body antifreeze bypass and the evap vacuum elbow is no longer made. You will have to order a bunch of different spark plug boots (90°) and find one that replaces that vacuum elbow.

You can go to your auto parts store my friend and get all of the vacuum line that you need just about any size you need you can buy by the foot
Yes you can get aftermarket hose but all of these Vacuum lines are discontinued by GM
what are those two small lines called that are beside cylinder 2 and 4 fuel injector ?
