New strats were found so I optimized it once more
Doing the jump at start without momentum, not doing headhitter at the end is faster (I could be wrong)
I am probably done with this map unless some new discoveries were found, trying to get to level 25 in Hive Bedwars and maybe going to play the other map called "Tower"!

Maxing this game is kinda easy tbh I should have died like 3 times in this clip but somehow I survived 180 and run is the way to survive in this game if you are solo lmao also this clip is 3 days old but I just didn't bother to upload it some parts of the video was muted because someone was talking thats why it sounds a bit weird

Found by Lucagic Blipping on the edge of the slab for whatever reason nullifies your fall damage until you touch the ground, you can take advantage of this in some maps and get very fast time with it. Bugrock edition always have these problems caused by bad registration of player's position. Like as you said the server detected the player jumped on the air and being judged for hacking
