Does it will give constant quantity dispense every time if we maintain constant revolution of shaft

it seems that screw shaft dia. and pitch is varying from start to end , shaft is larger to small and pitch is lower to higher, is there any fundamental equation or note to this ratio related to discharge, please share in comment or in my mail.
