Very nice.please upload L29 air compressor suction regulator animation.
Very nice.please upload suction regulator working animation of L29 aircompressor.
Qual a potência? 30hp?
excellent, thanks

Where can I download this simulator?
Sound is too low. But this video is very much essential for all of us, who work this side here. Please make more videos about compressure related . Thank you.

Great video
media hora esperando que cargara el video y nada paso... creo que deben revisar esto
greatly explained. thanks
Why compair screw compressor trips on diff pressure high?
If differential pressure is greater than 1 bar , pcl or controller will give signal for change of separator element. Therefore opening the circuit and tripping the motor
thanks
And also there is oil vomit via the oil air breather
We suspect it is due to worn out air end. Pls advice
Our air-end when on load the interstage is always high
Hi
Thank you sir . Sir I have a question regarding to this video is that "How does the air pressure increase in the second stage, is the speed of the screw in the second stage more than in the first stage?

Bonjour
What if we have an oil leak with compressed air outside, is it the insulating cause ... Seal...
is it possible to compress air form an 80/1 source at 15,000 rpm with a screw compressor to a higher compression ratio?
What a great video and content!! so impressive !! Thanks for sharing!!
Could that be possible to be used as an internal combustion, new rotary type engine? 🙂
This is awesome and thanks for the great video. Tony from Air Compressors Trade.
Wow what a great video loved it the explanation was superb!
Oil free compressors are garbage - All of them. Invest in good oil separation units. Otherwise you'll be facing high maintance costs.
This unit isn't oil free though. I am confused. It has an entire gear-oiling system along with a filter.
nice
Thank you and Helpfully

This is nice. Who is doing those 3d animation?
Nice Tutorial 👍

Still not made me saying amazing😅😅😅 screw type pump the super easy one if know and understand how its work follow the setting... Single screw more super easy, and double copter fiber blade pump more better because its not ruin block pump or self destroy if bearing burns☺️☺️✌️✌️✌️ by the way if the valve add on mordern electronic system(i mean manual setting all spring inside by using electronic solonoid) all work will more easy and not cost money just for adjust setting☺️✌️✌️✌️✌️
Its not a pump its a compressor wich produces up to 15 bar and 40m3 / minute
@@inot88j24 what you talking about? Without PUMP there is no PRESSURE...😅😅

Would you have to pressurize the system first so the the second one would actually compress’s the air?
It is just a 2 stage. A lot of heat is created when compressing air and by compressing it twice you can reduce the amount of heat produced as well as increase the amount of pressure created by a significant margin. You will find a lot of oil flooded single stage machines, but not oil free. All about getting rid of the heat.
It does that automatically , The suction control valve will not open until the compressor is up to operating speed , Otherwise the motor would burn out , With this kind of air compressor , You would need reduced voltage starting because of how long it takes to get up to operating speed , Same thing goes for a centrifugal air compressor because of the extremely high speed of the air ends will take longer to get up to speed and full voltage starting would definitely burn out the motor Once the suction control opens up the first stage compresses to around 30 to 40 PSI then goes through the intercooler before going to the second stage where it's compressed again , Because of the drive gear , The air ends rotate at very high speed , Tens of thousands of RPM , Jacking up the speed of the air ends will produce the same volume of air as a big air end , They do it that way to cut costs of making the unit because of how expensive it is for the precision machining of the parts , The gears are helical cut to counteract the axial thrust on the bearings caused by compressing the air and counteracting that thrust is extremely critical because of the extremely high speed the air ends rotate Besides being the main drive gears , They are also known as performance optimizing gears , One word of caution , When working on or near this kind of air compressor , You better wear hearing protection because once the compressor starts pumping air , It is very very loud Atlas Copco was the first company to come out with a 100% oil free air rotary screw air compressor and they also have portable units driven by a Deutz diesel engine and put out 900 to 1500 CFM at 110 PSI
Finally, the cooled, compressed air is blown into a mechanics mouth whilst his coworker videos it in the slow motion setting on their smartphone. The patented pulse dampening chamber ensures perfect rapid oscillation of both the cheeks and lips.
no oil means overheating, higher wear and tear, and tight tolerance means a high maintenance bill.
Hence where the integrated cooling paths come into play. Those paths prevent overheating and mitigate much of the heightened wear, while the lack of oil ensures a less contaminated throughput than you'll get even with post-compressor oil filters.
Yeah, these have no problem lasing 60k hours or more before an air end might need replacement, and that is usually due to wear on the rotors themselves just from the very very fine particles that get past the air filters.
All oil free screw air compressors are crap....I’ve done VA work on Compair, Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand etc, all have exact same issues with the primary airend failures. Poor setup and control of delivery pressure is common. Overheating is the primary cause. It’s common place to see the primary airend temperature at 200 degrees C. Clearances are destroyed at those temperatures and the rotors kiss and gall because there’s only extremely hot air between them. If the air demand load varies a lot the problem is much worse. I’ve seen an Ingersoll Rand compressor destroy the primary in 3 months, same for the Kaeser. Rubbish machines. The bull gear bearings collapse quickly with high intermittent demand. Under engineered for hot climates like Australia. Even the water cooled versions have the same issues as I’ve worked on both water and air cooled versions.
Good Info.
I can't speak for all manufacturers, but the Copco compressors can handle a ton of punishment and keep running fine. Cooling water is important though and so long as you operate within the correct temperature range, they will run a very long time. They also make some specialty stuff if you need to operate in very hot or very wet climates.
I agree oilers are the best, mine has a kidney stone now, replaced one ball spring at back and bottom. Replaced one 1.5 inch ball but still gets hot and when shut off 1 to 2 gals of oil vents out top air filter, any ideas?
@@alanmydland5210 Can you explain what is a kidney stone?
@@jason.arthur.taylor I call it a kidney tone because when I shut it off 2 gals of oil back out of the air filter? I've been through most of the system and haven't found it yet. Ots a air cooled Dietz hooked to a IR oiler rotary 125 square
