Joker Folie à Deux Is A Complete Waste Of Time (ClapperCorn Reviews...Joker Folie à Deux)
Переглядів 1722 години тому
After the massive sucess of Joker in 2019, Todd Phillips returns to Gotham to bring us a new chapter in Arthur Fleck's life. However unlike it's predecessor, this sequel is a convoluted mess of a story that feels unsure of what it wants to be or even what direction they want the story to go.

ClapperCorn Reviews...Transformers One
Переглядів 9621 день тому
A film that does more to the franchise than any of the live-action films did, Transformers One is a breath of fresh air for fans that injects as much fun, excitement and action that the animated 80's film did, that will have you clamoring for more long after the credits roll.

After 36 long years away from the spotlight, the infamous bio-exorcist is finally back on the big screen to cause his unique brand of chaos once again. If you're a fan of the original, you are going to love this because, to put it simply, Tim Burton has gotten his groove back.

A film that needs to be seen to be believed, Zoë Kravitz's directorial debut is a thrilling, stress inducing ride that delves into subjects of misogynism, abuse & female empowerment while at the same time, giving audiences a psychologic horror ride that the likes of Jordan Peele will be proud of. Needless to say, we, were indeed having a good time with this one. ClapperTalks is a proud member o...

👍❤️
I just want Michael bay back 😢
I enjoyed watching this movie at a cinema here in Bali,Indonesia.
Am very glad to hear that! This was definitely a film that's a lot of fun!
This film was so bad but had so much potential. Was so hard to separate the two roles crowe played in this & the popes exorcist
My point exactly! It had so much wasted potential and could have given us so much more. Such a shame really.
Loving this episode felt a bit grounded and personal but this is great! To infinity and beyond for both of you nick and miharu 🚀
Thank you so much for watching and for the lovely words!
Thank you for having me nick 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 keep going okieee ❤❤
Thank YOU so much for coming on! Was a real pleasure to talk to you and hope to collab again one day!
Helloooooo
We missed you Kelvin!!
I enjoyed this film! so. Wthell?
Oooh interesting! Am glad you did. What did you like about it? Would love to know 😊 maybe there was something I missed
❤
Hello Nick 👋
HELLO AARON!!!! 😁
*Gasp in Malaysian*
Come on, Kelvin! I'm not a movie buff, but even I'VE seen Beetlejuice!!! 😂 Btw, Willem DaFriend now lives rent-free in my head.
For that gem, we'll keep him around 😂😂

Shame it was so bad
Oooh interesting. In what way?
Is it good
Despite some extremely minor nitpicks, I thoroughly enjoyed it!
He's got a point 😅
We.....have to agree with that too 😂
Kelvyn, you aren't alone in saying that... 😅
Brandon!! I am genuinely surprised with you 😂
I am ashamed...
As well you should be 😂😂😂
First comment
First
Well, the jedi didn't know that there were sith after what happened on Ruusan, hence they didn't have to protect the order from anyone. Whilst the sith had transformed to the rule of two and build their empire from the shadows
Well explained and much appreciated! Thanks for that 😊
I just saw this last night. I am a little on the fence with this one. It was highly entertaining, and it was awesome to see Wolverine and Deadpool fight side-by-side, but I thought that the storyline could have been a bit stronger. Still, it was a fun and action-packed summer film for sure. Great review!
I sort of agree with you. After a few days of letting it sit with me, I do agree that the storyline was a bit flat and plain tbh. But still despite that, it indeed was a lot of fun! Thanks for the comment and for watching 😊
Saw it yesterday! Great movie, great review. LFG!!!
Right?? Damn. Wish I was there to watch it with ya'll!!
@@clappercorn likewise, bud!

Noriko had to live because this movie’s main theme which is “Dying with honor is not the only way. Choosing to live is not a shame” So, if Shikishima chosen kamikaze instead of ejecting, you would not even know she was living
Thanks for the review now I know what to expect going into this on 12th of July.
No worries! Hope it was helpful!
@@clappercorn it was thank you!!
your gonna be a legend one day
Thanks for that kind compliment! One can only hope 🤞🏻
Awesome review thanks
Thank YOU for watching 🙇🏻♂️🙇🏻♂️
It really bugs me when people say Noriko should have stayed dead. Who cares what is "realistic"? This is fiction and without that ending I never would have watched it again or brought everyone I could to go see it in the theaters with me 4 times in all. If a story doesn't have a happy ending, why bother?
Valid argument, and am glad you voiced it out as well as supported the film that much. It's good to hear the other side of things, this is why we do what we do 😊
me too, I also love happy ending, and it that farfetch, miracle does happen in real life. And I love to see when miracle happen
your channel is actually so underrated, you’re passionate about the subject and i agree with everything you said. also i love your collectible collection
Thank you for the kind words! Its comments like yours that really keep me going. And thanks for the comment on the collection!!
not insulting you or making fun. I'm 62, retired military and have lived through several combat situations. Sometimes a young reactor's naive comments really bug me, even though I know they don't know any better. Okay, I'm done.
Thank you for your service and believe us when we say we mean absolutely no disrespect by our comments and apologise if they did
Noriko's survival is explained if you paid attention to her appearance in the hospital at the movie's end. Look at the moving tattoo on her neck. She has been infected or affected by something Godzilla related. Did you forget Godzilla's ability to rapidly heal? No doubt other survivors will have been also affected in multiple ways. Surely, you guys don't think she was the only person to live through the attacks. She was one of our main characters, so of course the film is going to focus on her.
Our apologies! We just watched back that scene and indeed you are right. We don't know how we could have missed that but thank you for bringing that to our attention!
The original Garfield movie came out in 2004… not 2011 💀
Ah damn my bad 😣
Just watched it and I agree with your review, such a good prequel!!
It really is!! Glad you enjoyed it too!!
Looking forward to be watching this over the weekend!
What a passionate reaction!😃 Have you seen Sisu´s director's film Rare Exports? A slightly different Christmas story...😆
Oh no I haven't! But I'm definitely going to find it now 😁

It's not fictionalized, it's based on true story(Fr. Gabriel Amorth most difficult experience in his years of being an exorcist)
Oh my goodness I didn't realise that! Thank you for the correction!
This could be the comeback MOVIE for Russel Crowe...
You mean Thor Love And Thunder wasn't???? 😂😂
@@clappercorn With due respect... In THOR's Love and Thunder, Russell Crowe was just a "Guest Role" or with "Special Participation" as Zeus with Thunderbolt with a few short scenes... FYI... when we say "Comeback Movie" it is automatically understood to be a LEADING ROLE... and not just a "Supporting role"... Facts and Truth of the Matter... logically speaking...
@@clappercorn The phrase, "Comeback Movie" means Actor in a LEADING ROLE such as from his previous movies like The Gladiator, The Master & Commander, etc...
Note : Sarcasm. A mode of satirical wit depending for its effect on bitter, caustic, and often ironic language that is usually directed against an individual.

Great review. New subscriber from Singapore.
Thank you kindly!!
jop
I was wondering if I should go see that movie while staying in Malaysia, but you sold it to me!
Oh you definitely should! It's a local film that nobody should miss! Enjoy (and maybe bring a few tissues 😂)
Nice review! I was so excited for this movie, but unfortunately it did not work for me. I found the kills to be too malicious and mean spirited aside from fun. The humour didn’t resonate with me for most of the time. I really only enjoyed the scene at the gazebo and ambulance chase scene. The rest didn’t land with me.
Thanks so much! And I totally get it. This definitely will not be everyone's cup of tea, but thanks for giving it a shot!
I justed watched it! Such a breath of fresh air... I love it...!!
Did any one who has seen the movie notice the lyrics in the toy jingle at the begininning? It says something like "the toy that lives longer than you do"
💗💗
The movie bombed, go woke go broke..
GG THATS CREPPE
It is....but so worth the watch!
Very underrated channel lol why only 8 subscribers 😂 great job
We ask ourselves that same question 😂 thank you kindly for the support!
