Revisiting these old interviews with Fenriz and I’ve noticed his accent was so subtle when speaking English around the late ‘90s/early ‘00s. You can tell he doesn’t speak English as much anymore because if you hear him speak in recent interviews his Norwegian accent is much thicker. It’s funny to me how that works.

I understand what these were saying. Some foreign barbaric culture ruined our beautiful peaceful culture under the name of religion and “allah”. And ruled on us for over thousand years. It makes me sad that I don’t have any power to make a scene or enlighten some people with my own art. Good for these guys that had those powers. Sad that it ended up with killing.
