27:42 very intelligent 3 year old, being able to self soothe, realise what she was going through was abuse, had no difficulty conveying to her parents about the miss treatment, and adapting her own behaviour to make sure she did not give the Nanny’s kids reason to abuse her. I was abused all through my childhood; when you have known no different. It takes a while for the penny to drop that it’s not acceptable. I however fractured my mind, I kept home in one, school in another, abuse in another, and myself in yet another, it was very normal for me to have a very adult conversation with adults and find my piers somewhat immature and Nieve… This little girl remembers thing in great detail, I however do not, it’s still fractured, but I live in my (real me fractured pocket )-of my brain as I save it for a day I could be me, a little worn and cracked, but it’s me without the baggage… I will always carry my bad times, and it gets harder as I get older to keep everything separated. I’m ill and bedridden with nothing but time on my hands and deep pain to keep under control with heavy medication that makes me fall into endless dream state, this pushes the memories to the forefront; so I decided to write a book about my life at the age I am now and not getting any younger I may as well put it in a book 📕 It may help someone I guess I don’t know, I may not have the remaining health to complete it, I just don’t know. I have a dictaphone by my bed that I record things that will need to be shuffled and put in the right order, how nice it would be to have a PA lol O well I can but try, I think it might upset people, but I lived through it, I’m not going to tone it down and lie about the truth, I’m not like that. Anyway some parents & grandparents needs a good hard shock sometimes to make them open their eyes, after all my abuser lived with us..! O what a tangled web of deception does a spider spin..!!!
