I strongly advise against buying the Xiaomi Vacuum E5 - this is the worst vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned. From the very first use, problems started to appear. The device constantly freezes, stops randomly, and then doesn’t respond to any commands. It also doesn’t connect to the app - after multiple attempts to set it up, it keeps showing an error, making the remote control features completely useless. This is a total piece of junk that fails to do its basic job. It's not worth your money, there are far better alternatives out there. Don’t waste your time and patience - avoid at all costs!
