So glad i found this video lol it gives me hope on continuing my fitness journey exercise induced analplayixys has almost killed me and had taken over my life considering most of my life is sports and is usually a massive obstacle in my daily life but this video definitely helped me out :)

thanks for sharing your story . I have had this condition for the past 35 years ,had a couple of times in hostpital due to it . Once you get to recognize the signs of an on coming episode ,you get to understand how to deal with it . Just one thing for people to be aware of ,my doctor prescribed me zirtec tablets ,take one a day ,which I done until one day I had an episode & the tablets masked the usual warning signs & the first thing I knew was that my airway began restricting & then loss of awareness ,quite scary . I stopped taking zirtec after that .May not be the case for everyone but something to watch out for.

Wow! Wish I'd seen this a couple of weeks ago when I was buying diffusers. I have a gorgeous glass one from Sharper Image, but it took two before I got one that worked properly, so I kept that one and bought another at a Home Goods. They're both good, but they seem to have a similar size reservoir as the Vitruvi. I REALLY like the one you're showing with the larger reservoir. As it is, I'm refilling my diffusers three times a day when I'm at home.

I just bought a vitruvi. The design is super nice and elegant. But I don't think it's worth it, I'm sorry that it covers the size indicated on the box. For my recommendation it is for a very small room or a study table.
