I think I have had this happen to me too missing a 95% hit even in fallout 76 too I would go you 70%-0% every time seeing this its like ah this takes me back to fallout new Vegas missing 95% hit every damn time.🙄😮‍💨😠

Title of video: "Gunboat Build" Pretty much doesn't use guns. You played this ship exactly how it's meant to be played. You have to be comfortable being extremely close to the enemy. You take advantage of the strong torps and when you run into an enemy DD, you use your win button do blast him into smithereens. 👍

I'm extremely annoyed with this... i decided to do another playthrough and for the FIRST time with a VATS build and i'm missing a LOT of shots with 95% chance

Only use AL New Jersey on WV and NJ. She's a good commander and all but I've got her spec'd with Arthas and that build is very situational. Sometimes it pays off with huge hits but more often than not you don't really benefit from the potential extra extra damage. For me AL Colorado is far superior and have her on most of my US BBs. Yeah man destroyer play nowadays is atrociously bad and if I need the win I'll roll out in a gunboat DD. GG kpz👍

As a Destroyer, your already the hardest ship to hit for any carrier, you should rely on your speed and rudder for evading planes, don't waste an inspiration on AA, the 2 inspirations should be Albert Gleaves, for Torpedo range, and French Auxillary commander, L. Dartige du Fournet, for increased HE damage for your guns, focus on the ship's Strength's, NOT it's Weakness...just my 2 cents...

What's that little chime/tune that plays sometimes? I think it plays mostly when you look at the Pipboy. The card game looks interesting but I have no idea how it's played at first glance. I assume I'll learn once I finally get around to playing this game.

Never have I seen a DD charge at 2 USN cruisers, and not only live to tell the tale, but wipe them both off the board with ease. That must have been on update day 🤪. Great play.

How to play Caravan - Start with a low card or a high card. Make piles of cards in numerical order to get a total over 20. 26 is the best. Jacks remove cards; kings double the value of a card. Ignore queens and jokers. Do not randomize deck. Only use high cards, 6 through 10, plus jacks and kings. 10s and kings are most valuable, so buy those from vendors when you see them. Best combos - 7,9,10 6,10,K 8,10,K 8,9,K Use jacks on opponent's high cards if they get piles above 20. A deck size of 32-34 seems best.
