Its like this every day all day and most of the nights. If you want country entertainment, this is the place to come. Lived here all my life and I have never seen a town like this one. Memphis is close with Beale St.,but its nothing like Nashville. I see that man on the street playing that Martin Guitar.....hey I thinks that's my Martin I sold a couple of years age. lol..I had one just like that. Come and enjoy.

Where are all the people??
I moved away from Nashville in the year 2000. In the 1980's we used to walk downtown stepping over drunk homeless people and talking to prostitutes. They sure cleaned it up since then and since I left the town has BOOMBED ! I hear that over 100,000 folks are moving in per day. I'm just two hours away now and couldn't even imagine fighting the traffic these days.

In about 6 years at an elementary school in Iowa there will be a first grade teacher taking roll call in her class. She calls, 'Bobby Jones?'. 'Here', Bobby answers. Then the teacher calls, 'Suzy Barnes?'. 'Here', Suzy says raising her hand. Then the teacher says, 'Nashville Johnson?' And 6 little girls raise their hands....

We ran this city before gentrification. Most have moved on the outskirts of the city and most like me are still here. Racism? They don’t want to go there.
