Lyle arrives at the house and is mistaken for someone else. The real intruder, posing as Wajeeh, attempts to assault Inaya. Wajeeh later tells Lyle that the deaths began after a specific night.

Inaya dreams of an attempt on her life. Upon waking in a hospital, Dr. Lyle informs her that she's pregnant. Bewildered, she has no memory of how it happened.

Wajeeh followed Inaya into the jungle and saw a stranger give her a newborn baby. Inaya's eyes changed color, and she transformed completely. Terrified by the unsettling scene, Wajeeh developed a fever and grew wary of her.

Wajeeh finds Fareed's body buried in an abandoned house while searching for the missing delivery boy.

After Lyle's birthday party, he asked about Inaya's husband, but she avoided the question. At home later, she noticed her water glass dripping blood, then saw a bloodied newborn descending and screamed, only to be grabbed from behind.

In a shocking crime, Inaya is brutally murdered and dumped in a hastily dug grave by an unknown assailant. During a visit to Dr. Lyle's house, she becomes intrigued by empty picture frames, prompting her to ponder their meaning.

Inaya hears mysterious digging at the cemetery but finds only a cat. Meanwhile, Fareed's sudden death prompts Wajeeh to investigate, leading to threats on his own life as he uncovers the truth behind Fareed's murder.
