This trip was in September! I’ve been there again around October as well as May for work and the temperatures were always pretty moderate. If you’re going during the summer the highs will be more like north east temps. When the sun is out it’s definitely beaming. I usually will wear shorts when it’s warm but keep my hoodie in my backpack!

Happy birthday to her! Glad they’re helping! We’ve been a little slower on getting new videos up work has been very busy for both of us so the travel stuff usually takes the back seat but we have a few more Greece videos on the way and a couple of other places from trips last year!

Yeah I think Isla in general is a no miss island! We’ve been 3 times now, anytime we can’t think of where we want to go for a trip we always say “let’s just head back to Isla” because it’s never a bad time. Last time we stayed across from the Mia at one of the boutique hotels - I think next time we will try somewhere on the south part of the island and spend more time there vs just taking a golf cart there for the day

Yeah to become a Wura or Wurche, you have to come from one of the 2 royal gates. So lineage is a determining factor although they're both from the same common ancestor - the head chief bounces between the royal gates and the head chief selects the various Wuras and Wurches. You make your intentions known / requested to the head chief and they will decide from there

That’s literally the reason we do these after we spend so many hours watching videos to figure out if something is decent 😅 First off congrats!!!! 🎈🎊🎉 I can’t remember the exact room but when you are facing the pool from the piano bar it’s the building directly to the right and at the top. Yes we had a view of the ocean from the balcony. Depending on when you go though and the rain cycle there may be mosquitoes so you might only be out there mid day - which unfortunately coincides when you would probably be doing activities or hanging at the pool
