Hello there. I have mine on a Barton silicone strap and the yellow on the strap is a perfect match for the yellow on the hands.

The wood backdrop looks really cheap & fake.

The unlumed numerals are this watch's undoing. Could have been almost perfect. Almost because that red second hand tip is the lone red part of the dial. It would make a lot more sense if "automatic" lettering would have been red too. Or better, white font on red field.

Send your watch to the Seiko Service Center. They’ll treat you well. Got my brother’s kinetic serviced in ~2 weeks. Will cost money though.

I scored full set skx007 for 175$ equivalent. I am hoping to have a full set skx009 skx0013, skx0025, skx0035 soon. I luck because in case I can’t find any, I can always find used in mu country but without box and at times with upgraded parts. Not an issue as long as OEM parts are used. Mine also was in prestine condition super clean and as if not used.

Have a collection of Seiko, Citizens, Adina, Loyal and some other brands lost count after the first two hundred watches in my collection.

Bought one last week great, have 28 Automatic watches most of them are Seiko 5 watches.

I have the SKX007 with the 7S26 B caliber , and it has a small issue with its capacity. It lasts like 12-14 hours, even if I wear it all day. Also sometimes it stops even if my hand is moving without reason. Does anyone have the same issue?

I love the Flightmaster too!! I’ve never flown a plane and I’m not likely to, but it’s a great watch with a super-cool look!! I ordered mine from Creation Watches on a leather strap, because I’ve always preferred straps to bracelets..
