Can almost smell the clove ciggies but forgot how annoying those constant gongs and drums are. As always excellent footage and very beautiful waves. An all-time great surf trip. Rote has been a pretty popular surf destination for some time and would say the cat has been out of the bag for a few years now. It's still a bit of mission to get to some of these places and this looked fairly uncrowded.

Never get bigger then 3 foot and these days crowded as fuck !!!! traffic jams and speed cameras and on the beach good for all the cream puffs

Glad to see nobody named this place, at least as far as I have read. I knew it the moment I saw South Coast NSW. What a classic. I used to live down there. The waves in the video do not do it justice. Probably just as well. The best of two days I have surfed here, is the closest I've come to surfing square waves. Where you could remain dry inside the barrel of a three foot wave. The channel you can see next to the rocks has a great freight train rip on it which takes you back out to the line up. It's amazing. It breaks best in winter, south swells and offshore SW winds and needs a LOT of swell to get in there for even small waves, however if you do get it on a good day, it is pretty well the perfect wave.

Fantastic jet, fantastic livery and fantastic service. Flew Qontas to the US once on a 747 and it was embarrassingly poor. They Virgin started the route I went 6 times in the 777. Such a huge disappointment they stopped. I live in Toowoomba and went to Wellcamp almost every week to sit on the fence and lament these great jets sitting idle....all 5 were there at one stage.

Doesn't Matter what Airline This shows us the Teamwork and the Dedication of These Modern times Aircrews. It truly is an Intensive Work Load and reminds us of the Guys and Girls up Front along with the Cabin Attendants. I have Flown Virgin Airlines and Qantas quite a bit and you get a Special Feeling and it is absolutely Brilliant by the Guys and Girls Up Front right through out. We are " Indeed In Very Safe Hands ". If you can manage the End of a Flight to Capture the Eyes of the Captain Give them the Big Thumbs Up or O for Okay, Fantastic Flight, Believe me your not wasting your time as they Like to See It as it Sort of Makes There Day and don't forget the Precious Flight Attendants who looked after you on the Trip. Is it like this all year around or only on some months of the year? I love this kind of short, not tall, long-board waves that you can ride for a long time. Puerto Rico has similar spots but they look like this only 1 or 2 months out of the year, then in other months the same spots look completely different, i.e. 8+ foot tall. Would love to know if this spot suffers from the same seasonality- it looks incredible 💖🌊
