Old and grainy, but exactly what I was looking for.
*The product came in a box inside of a box- it was well packaged•ᴥ•>**share4.photo/RecessedLighting?ㅢ** It was easy to install- screw in the adapter, or plug in if you have a newer can light housing, and then bend the springs up into place, and slide it up. Easy. It rotates just fine, and is now illuminating my dart board. The color of the light is consistent with the other LED's in my basement- it is just normal light, not blue or orange really.*
