There is a lot of different options, depending you wish to do on the island. Funchal is the capital, with a lot of restaurants and accommodations. The best hotels in Funchal are also the best hotels in Madeira. But if you want more nature and calm, you can go further, in the small neighborhood of Malta.

You can come to Malta whenever you want ! You will always find Hotel in Malta
Bodrum is largely better than Antalya in my opinions, with luxury resorts soooo class (but also expensive). And you're right the best hotel in Bodrum is Lujo
I have a little preference for Bodrum than Antalya too. But both have nice hotels :)
