    WOW this is a very beautiful animation! The music is very nicely done as well. The lighting wow! looks like very taxing Render, just wondering how long it took ? Cycles or Eevee? i love the emissions on the balls!❤Great work keep it coming! I do car animations but now have some new ideas, thanks to this great video, so I subscribed and gave you thumbs up straight aways👍

      Hey there! Thanks so much for the awesome comment! 😊 I'm really glad you enjoyed the animation and the music (I had a blast making it all come together)! As for the rendering, I used the new Blender 4.2 with Eevee Next and ray tracing turned on. It took about 4 hours, but here's the twist: I actually rendered it twice because, you know, I just couldn't resist finding more little things to tweak! 😂 You know how it is, right? Anyway, I'm so happy to hear my video sparked some new ideas for your car animations! Can't wait to see what you come up with. Thanks a lot for subscribing and for the thumbs up! 🚗💡 Keep on creating!

    Looks fantastic! The one thing in this video that I noticed is that using the mirror modifier in this could speed up your workflow here. By modeling just one corner and letting the mirror modifier handle the rest, wouldn't have to go around the table and select each loop, you kind of did it on the legs but then manually mirrored and placed. Regardless the end result looks good :)

      @bescec.3d Місяць тому

      Thank you so much! You're absolutely right-I did use the mirror modifier on the legs, but I didn't use it on the tabletop. Personally, I find this approach works best for me. I really appreciate your advice and your comment!

    Really good comparison! Not only time-wise, but also quality-wise. Seeing them right after each other makes me realize that EEVEE still has room for improvement, but it's getting there!

    • @bescec.3d
      @bescec.3d Місяць тому

      Thanks a lot for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the comparison. You're absolutely right - EEVEE continues to improve and is getting closer to Cycles in terms of quality. It's great to see the progress with each update. Do you have any specific areas where you think EEVEE could improve? I'd love to hear more of your thoughts!

    • @svg98
      @svg98 Місяць тому

      @@bescec.3d IMO EEVEE shadows look too dark, it's like it's missing global illumination (I suppose you did enable Raycasting for your EEVEE Next renders?). Cycles renders feel softer. In the cardboard boxes example you showed, it's clear how EEVEE struggles with shadows. To put it boldly, EEVEE resembles game graphics from 2015.

    • @bescec.3d
      @bescec.3d Місяць тому

      @@svg98 Thanks for pointing that out! I did use the default settings for EEVEE Next, so Raycasting might not have been enabled. EEVEE definitely struggles with shadows compared to Cycles. Your comparison to 2015 game graphics is spot on - it shows how much room EEVEE still has to grow. Appreciate your insights!
