This is a great video! thank you for sharing. I've done some research into the housing in Serbia and one of the things that stood out to me is the affordable cost of apartments and houses in Serbia. For example, in certain cities, it is possible to buy brand new one or two bedroom apartments for about $50K Euros. In smaller cities and villages, it is possible to buy houses for the same amount or much less, that are in good condition. Serbia banks generally require a 20% downpayment on homes, but make exceptions and reduce the downpayment amount necessary for first time home buyers and many banks also offer mortgages to foreigners. With the low cost of homes and apartments, it is theroretically cheaper to own a home then rent in Serbia. For example, using the example of a $50,000 Euro home or an apartment and a 20% downpayment ($10,000), a 20 year morgage at 4.99% interest rate would work out to only $264.00 Euros a month (or $288.00 US). As a result of the affordable home costs in Serbia, it has some of the highest home ownership rates in the world at over 90% and is a great country for foreigners and expats to own property in.
I love that restaurant behind you
Contact to rent your apartment in belgrade.
The old pier had shops and restaurants and had indoor space. St Pete spent millions for a basically concrete walk with a restaurant at the end. I was very disappointed. Very little greenery and no shade and concrete makes for a very hot walk in the summer in Florida!!
@@debbieb2390 true, but I like the water fountain for the kids.
Nice place to hang out for a day, lots of shops and restaurants too.
Nice place to hang out for a day ,with a lot of shops a restaurants.

Location?
One year latter and the building is done 😊
Are you sure? The last time I saw it they were still working on it.
@@markmark35 yes it is fully done, the main station building, opened last week 😊 remaining busnis-apartments complexes from both sites of the building are still in construction :) ua-cam.com/video/vLluZbInSaY/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
O.K. this was a year ago, however, things have changed drastically. Here is an attachment shoing the new railway station after its recent opening.

Hello is there any number for second class seats for Novi Sad train?
Second class is about 500 dinar. Solo train has an app to buy tickets.
Okey thanks. Can you seat whereever you want or you can't?Seats have numbers at second class?
Ruth is brave! 😊
Looks beautiful!
I can attest to how nice it is! I loved my trip there!!
The fortress was built around 1337, in 1410, the Serbian despot Stefan Lazarević rebuilt and expanded the fortress, in 1428 the fortress was conquered by the Ottomans. So the "The Fortress was originally constructed during their rule the Ottomans" is not true, The Ottomans built only the cannon tower.
I got married in that first building!
Beautiful 🌊
Thanks (What, no thumbs up?)
Hermoso video, se parece a las molls que tenemos aquí en Perú., pero esta es bien grande , te podría decir. El doble. Es. Bien extensa.
Great job Mark! Looks like a nice place 😊
