At this ad I had no spend history, but A friend of mine did and introduced me to his contact there. I went to the store and had a small conversation and told them what I liked, but after that I never put in efforts after this to keep in touch. I Think thats also a reason why I waited so long.

@@jordy-dc yes, you have to visit the AD once every month to show that you still have interest. Also, it helps when they know your name, so they can find you on a list of randomers lol. Beautiful timepiece my friend, I hope it brings you decades of joy :)

I looked up timex and they seem to just mimic the other brands but with quartz so no automatic movement. Everybody has different taste and likes different stuff so I can respect your opinion.

Thanks. Yeah either they forgot about me or something.. but two years ago there was a bit of a rush for these watches and the mint green is also the new color so I guessed it was normal.

I realy love datejust´s.. you can´t go wrong with these.. did you get one at an AD? I picked up a mint green dial at the ad last month also.

I was in dubai February last year and there was nothing at the dubai mall.. this year rolex is catching up with their production I think

Among two others (still waiting) put myself on the waitinglist for 3 models at one time.. this is the first one to arrive.. keep in mind that 2years ago it was a different market than today.. plus the mint green dial is very popular because it is the new dial..

@@DressForAfrica thanks! I wouldn´t buy these watches myself if they were to decrease in value. It´s fun to buy and wear them knowing that they at least hold their value and if you´re carefull with them, the value even increases.

Thank you! Yes the grey market has dropped a bit because supply at the AD is higher again since covid. A lot of things were unnaturaly high in demand during this period because of free time and the shifting of purchase behaviour. The market has just got back to it´s normal value. Ps: the retailmarket increases it´s prices each year by 3 to 5%

No on the grey market they are all above 10k worn. I olso only wanted to buy from an AD because i´m not an expert and won´t recognize frauds I think..

Exactly! I like the smooth bezel more because it doesn´t scream rolex and is more subtle.. I do also like the combination with the jubilee bracelet and smooth bezel. But still am on the list for datejust with fluted and jubilee for dressing up ocasions. Yours will be very nice I think! You are going to love it!

Thanks for your feedback, I understand what you mean.. I made this video with a dji Action4 and this one does not have autofocus on an object so it was difficult putting in on focus. I´ve made a short aswell (see on my page) with my phone and this has better focus on the watch.

@@Coolguy24686 thanks, no they didn´t mention because it depends on when it arrives at the AD. But it´s best to go to several AD´s and put yourself on multiple lists.

Can´t argue with that. In real life I never share anything to anyone except realy close friends, but feel on youtube nobody knows who you are so it doesn´t matter.
