This is sad!!! Why is chisipite shopping centre looking all jacked up!! This was a premier location in the early 90’s.. kamfinsa looking disjointed and torn up. Rhodesville is dead, potholes everywhere. These were all to tier places to live. Mr Chiweshe owned that rhodesville centre and he must rolling in his grave at how messy tht place is

People may possibly build double storey homes on small land to maximise the space available to them. In the UK for example, there is limited space so 98% of the houses are double or triple storey houses. There may possibly be that influence and also because people want to show their opulence 😊

These suburbs are beautiful, but they are let down by the dirty roads, potholes and unmaintained road sides. I think that people shouldn’t wait for the council or government to come and sort things for them. Communities should take charge and get things done for themselves. The council and government are never going to come.
