We did some work for check Sammy and they did negotiate at first last year but then they quit doing so. They got pretty tight they wanted us to do 15 yard for 300 and nobody legit in this area, can do it for that. And they just called me again here a couple weeks ago trying to get me to do another load for him and we can come on the price. I gave them a 22:07 15% discount and they still wouldn’t go for it.

Good video, hey thats a good business model, expand into other markets and bring on sub contractors, I did it in the real estate space, I did it in the cleaning space, but I didn't think about it for the junk removal space...lol I basically did all the marketing and teamed up with a few reliable sub-contractors, and just acted almost like a dispatch but I created my own prices, and I invoiced the clients, and then just paid the subs through cash app or invoice

Advertise more and market more. Alotta small business don’t grow because they wanna stay comfortable and in there element. Get uncomfortable and out of it. Invest more into your company , market more , expand your zones , increase your sales and give better and more service. You don’t need to cut down your price if your one of the bests.
