Your meter stick is in inches?
The meter stick has cm on one side and inches on the other. I used inches in this video because I was referring to the wetland delineation methods of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the associated data form. Inches is the unit specified on the data form.
I have the file downloaded to my computer but I am not getting the black background application. It just a folder with a bunch of stuff. Any tips?
Hi Nick. I would visit the APT website: github.com/erdc/Antecedent-Precipitation-Tool/releases/tag/v1.0.20. It provides installation directions and tips at the top. Once you run the "main_ex.exe" file to install, you should get an "Antecedent Precipitation Tool.exe" file that you can put on your desktop and will allow you to open the application with the black background. I hope this helps. I remember struggling a bit to get it installed.
