Fyi my Indian friends laughed at me when i pronounced it that way :D It's apparently not TEEka it's Tick like the insect. I didn't know either but they think we sound dumb when we make the i a long e. Do what you will with that.

Microsoft has upgraded the ToDo and Planner, etc. So I am learning those features and benefits. I have been using Act for Windows and syncing with Outlook to keep track of activities connected with the contacts. Unfortunately, I don't see in your system a link to a Contact within Outlook. Is there a workaround?

I love this! So helpful! I would love to see how you create and organize your project action log.

Would you mind going over how you organize inside your notebooks? I'm really struggling with that. I wear many hats (team manager, PM, BSA, system developer, organizational SME) and so have to manage many different types of issues. I'm just not sure how to organize all of that. I've been using OneNote for years, but have been struggling in the past few since taking on all of these different jobs. Also, I'm duplicating this weekly plan RIGHT NOW!!! I've already started to implement your meeting structure, with keeping all repeated meetings in one page. I've done this in the past, but wasn't able to successfully connect them to "weekly diary" in an organized way. You're giving me great ideas to try for this.

I’ve been using Hobonichi Cousin and OneNote since April pretty consistently (for work-not personal). Working for me. When it doesn’t, I’ll change it up.

Hi Sarah. Great Video. One suggestion would be to save the template as a Template in OneNote. Then all you have to do is hit the template button from anywhere to gain access to the template and not have to go to the folder where you store them. It would always be under the "Template" button on the ribbon.

I don't know why but do you think One Note is outdated. The platform to me just appears to look dated. But it could just be me. But I like the process.

Do you keep “all the things” in your outlook calendar and the OneNote calendar?? I’m building a lot of your templates at work and trying to decide if I can switch to 1 notebook per year or if I should keep it separated by categories. It’s gone too far in the weeds now. When scheduled for multiple meetings that I have to attend: I either get someone I trust to attend in my place or I call in on my laptop to one and from my cell phone on the other… 🤪 (BTW, this is CJ)

Hey Sarah, thanks for sharing I was following your tips and helped me tons I dont know if you thought about this already, but recently I added an AI - talk to text transcription app to my meetings What the app does is listen and transcribe, so in the end, I can ask AI to resume it, main points and paste it to one note on this template you shared, without having to write it down myself during the meeting My struggle was to keep typing down the notes, not paying attention to all participants and ended up missing points cheers from Brazil

That’s a really cool walkthrough. Wouldn’t it make more sense to add the quick links as a 4th column beside agenda and discussion points? Or even add the quick link as an agenda item directly? I suppose when the meetings page gets extra long you might have to scroll up and down to get to the quick links you need. Also it might not be bad to be able to see directly on what day we talked about which file
