Hello, I'm sorry you're having trouble and it does sound frustrating! Demonstrators can order the one horse open sleigh and a few other things for pre-order and the balance of online exclusives will be released (www.stampinup.com) to the public and demonstrators on July 6. There are a few places to view these things, 1) Stampin' Up! website under online exclusives, 2) demonstrator back office, 3) Stampin' Up! usually sends us demonstrators emails with details and links and lastly, the various demonstrator Facebook Groups (specifically, the Demonstrator Planning Place). I suppose your upline (if you have one) could also help, however I would be happy to meet with you via video chat, share my screen and walk you through a few of these if that's helpful.
