Whilst I agree with the premise of the message, there wasn't enough unpacking of the subject matter to answer the questions 'what is the message that we ought to preach', 'what does it means to be Spirit led' and 'how do you worship the One True God in spirit and truth'. What is the message that we should be preaching? Mark 1:15 and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.” Matthew 7:23 "Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles? And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!" Matthew 16:24 "Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me." John 10:14 "I am the good shepherd. I know My sheep and My sheep know Me," Matthew 22:35-40 One of them, an expert in the law, tested Him with a question: “Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in the Law?” Jesus declared, “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Now we can answer the question of what does it mean to be led by the Spirit. 1 John 5:3 "For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome." John 14:15 "“If you love Me, keep My commandments." Galatians 5:16-18 "So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the flesh craves what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are opposed to each other, so that you do not do what you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law." The flesh craves sin, the flesh craves lawlessness. The Spirit craves righteousness and obedience to the law. Therefore the term being under the law is being guilty of breaking it. John 16:13 "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come." The Ruach of YHWH will lead us in all truth, thus we need to investigate what is truth and what does the Word of God say about what is truth. Psalms 119:142 “Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law (torah) is truth.” Matthew 5:17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law (torah) or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill." To bring it to its full meaning, to establish the law (torah) of faith. Romans 3:27-31 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law (torah) of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law (torah). But, Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law (torah) of your God, I also will forget your children." Ezekiel 22:26 "Her priests have violated My law (torah) and profaned My holy things; they have not distinguished between the holy and unholy, nor have they made known the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them." We want the power of God to move and for His kingdom to come yet we forsake the things that He calls holy, we forsake His laws and statutes that stand forever. We do pagan holidays and call it holydays whilst YHWH has given us His Holydays which we forsake, we eat like pagans yet YHWH has given guidelines on what is clean and unclean. And we expect YHWH to listen to our prayers. Proverbs 28:9 "One who turns away his ear from hearing the law (torah), Even his prayer is an abomination." How do we worship the One True God, King Jesus? We do it with the new heart and new spirit which He gives us that guides us in the law of faith, to keep His commandments in faith, to worship Him on His Sabbath (sundown Friday to sundown Saturday), to keep His holy feast days in faith, to walk in obedience to His holy instructions. Then when we preach to the dry bones then we will see true revival in this land!
