what about planes?. can you do a CFD Simulation on planes. it would be very help full if you show us how we can perform a CFD simulation on STL files imported from other 3D modeling Softwares(like Blender).
Yes we can perform CFD simulation of planes but we need to have a parasolid or STEP file. Stl file will not support.

You have to check that all the parts should be solid & if you have converted the files into some other format, convert it to parasolid and then check the fluid recognition. It will solve the issue

Actually we have made it through mold not 3D printing because 3D printed parts will not have good strength for intake.

Is "bonded" right choose here? I mean just bonded is mean fixed, no rotating I think. But in situation with crank shaft it must rotatable, isnt it? So isnt "connect" tepe is the right choise?
In the video, I used "bonded" as a quick example to simplify the demonstration. "Bonded" means the parts are fixed together without any relative movement, which is not suitable for a rotating component like a crankshaft. For accurate simulations involving rotational motion, such as with a crankshaft, you should use a "revolute" or "pin" connection type. These connections allow for the necessary rotational movement between parts. The quick example was just to illustrate the basic setup.

The reason so many teams fail to finish Endurance is that they get their cars done at the last instant. You need to get the car done 2 months early to test and practice. It is also helpful if you can find a student at your university that raced karts. Experience is key to driving fast and being consistent. Consistent = safe (no crashes).
