Did you have to bleed out the cooling system ?
No, I didn’t follow any specific way to bleed the cooling system. Did it as usual.
Cylinder 1 and 4 on my T30 are at 60psi while the middle 2 are around 120psi. I had oil in my cylinders when I checked as my car wasn't and still isn't starting. Would you know what the problem would be? No over heating or milky oil, thanks legend.
You got 120 psi in your no 2 and 3 cylinders. Normally car would be start atleast with misfire.
Can you give me bit more symptoms I can help you to get an idea
My car was driving fine arrived at destination then 2hrs went to leave started car it all seemed normal then turned off and threw the engine light. I cranked it a few time's and didn't start I pulled the accelerator then started. Same thing the next day was able to drive it home then wouldn't start again. Really, absolutely appreciate your help.
How many newtons did you use the traction tool for the cylinder bolt? Can you more detail?
50 nm then 60 degrees by angel tighten . Then loose all bolts. Tight again 39nm. Then tighten them all 60 degrees. And tighten them again 60 degrees. I showed service manual date in the video. Watch 3.58min.
Ahhh, the brackets aren't the ones sold in conjunction with the kings awning. The ropper ones are holed 3 and 2 so the awning sits lower to the roof. Yours sits to high and allows a large gap! In my opinion. The rubber stripping should be drilled through and not removed, and the three holes set further in off the roof rack nuckle. The awning then attached to the two holes, in the kings brackets
No these are not kings bracket. Bought them from Bunnings.
Hey mate, I'm thinking I also have a blown head gasket. Did a cylinder compression test the first and last cylinder was I think 60psi and the middle 2 where on 120psi, is that a blown head gasket? That's for your help legend and your video was very helpful with great instructions. Whats the cost for a mechanic to fix this is im in NSW.
Does it overheating? Sometimes could be piston rings worn out.
No over heating or milky oil what so ever. Car was fine when driving 3hrs latter went to start it again which it did then just turned off and engine light came on.
And won't start again after that.
Buy a new car l
I think you put the brackets on upside down
No, both side same measurements.
Recently replaced the valve stem seals on mine, along with new head gasket, exhaust and intake gasket, refitting head bolts takes alot of patience and strength 😅
Exelente👍
💪💪😎
awsome video mate!

Bro do you have a t 30 x trail for sale?
Yes brother
Is there any way to contact u?
Thanks for sharing aiyya. Keep it up
Hey mate. What grit did you use to sand? I have the exact same fridge that I’m going to paint. Looks awesome 👍
Thanks mate. I used 400 and 1000 sand papers
So you can remove the cylinder head without taking off the timing chain cover? I'm about to attempt this job
Yes. Doesn’t need to remove haul timing cover. But need to remove top cover on the timing cover with 10mm. And get no 1 cylinder TDC and remove Timing chain Tensioner. Hold the timing chain with zip ties or something. Don’t rotate engine anticlockwise after you remove timing chain adjuster.
Looks like belt is about to roll off ,? Not a mechanic, is there a part 2
You can actually remove the head with the inlet manifold stii attached. Saves a lot of time...

Could be blown cylinder head gasket. You have to replace cylinder head gasket and check your cylinder head for any cracks or surface.
If you can't figure out the angle in your head then idk if you should be working on engines in the first place lol
What if you are missing an eye and cant judge the angle
Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
Hey, nice job! Looking forward to the next video.
Thanks for watching. Appreciate it.👍
Too basic bro 😊
Yes bro. It’s too basic. Because most of people don’t check atleast these simple things. Hope this video help full to beginners.
