I personally like going non crit on her and just go full utility on hit(terminus,runaan's, BoRK, shieldbow, last item is either wit's end or that one phys item that gives magic shield or serpent's fang if none of my team bought anti shield)+empowerment rune, l always pick her anytime I'm playing as ADC, if you can't kill to get gold bcs your team keep KSing your kills, at least you can assist with her slow+stun+vision
