why dilute the perfume with alcohol madam,l sell oil perfume,never dilute my perfume.
Madam perfume is different from fragrance oil or perfume oil, the oil can also be used to produce spray perfume. And perfume’s are made with alcohol which the oil is the base. You can also make more research.
