I still remember going to the Imperials concert in Minneapolis in 1982. What a blessing it was for me, a young Christian in the faith, at the time. The Imperials remain my favorite Christian music group forever.

My dad is the lead singer! 🩷

Sadly my faith disappeared long ago and I know I'll never be welcomed back for the life I've lived and unforgivable sins committed. Some of us are without hope and cut off from salvation, and I know I am one.

I sung this song in church "Tuxedo Assembly of God" Bartlesville Oklahoma. Those were the days😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉

I grew up singing this song. It was the first one my dad taught me to sing by myself after “Jesus Loves Me”.

Oh, man. Did this song melt this little 13 yr olds heart back in the day? It still does. I remember Jesus was my first true love. I left Him for a little bit...but He welcomed me back and I came running. I Love you, Jesus! Thank you for never giving up and loving me through all my mess. Forever and Always.

When Priority was released, while in college I must have played this song over and over in half of my spare time. Jesus used this to motivate me to find True Scripture helping me to understand more of His LOVE. I never knew what sufferings were ahead of me. JESUS did. Without His leading me through the ministry of The Imp's., and particularly this song, my faith wouldn't be strong enough to stay alive in Jesus' arms. " ..phone call a caring friend or 2 ..they don't understand their ways just won't work for me, I've got a Lord who knows my heart & meets my Every NEED". remember another Imps song "no more lookin' inside the answer is not in U" from *Finish What U Started.* My prrsonal fav. The Imps made it to the RocknRoll Hall of Fame. Only Christian band to make it. Just Imagine how many souls they brought to Christ.🎚️🤍🙏🤟EJ

I remember 1982 when my mom would send me the old cassette tapes when I was in the Navy I would listen to them on my time off we’re 40 some years down the road and I’m still listening to it. Jesus you’re my friend and my savior.
