A great ballplayer and a great man.
I told one of my middle school students to shut up today, after having told him and asking him to quiet down throughout class. I think it was after the 3rd time I asked him to keep quiet that I finally told him, as politely as I could, to simply shut up. I then went and explained why I did this, seeing as he was refusing to pipe down and always wanting to speak when I am speaking, make comments at almost every turn and what have you. He seemed alright for the most part, and wasn't visibly upset or offended- If I get in some hot water for this, I'm just going to take the heat and deal with whatever comes my way. There's only so much you can take and do until you either tell one of these kids to shut up, or send them to the main office (which I should've done.) *Edit:* I should clarify a few things: For one, I'm a student teacher, secondly, this class has presented issues for me, mainly in regards to a few students who present intolerable behavior. For the past few days I've taught this class, I've had to stop momentarily while I'm giving lessons to crack down on distracting & rude behavior. I dread this class, I think my mentor teacher dreads it to a degree, and it's just one of a few problem classes that has presented issues to new teachers like me at the school I work at. It's _just_ this class too - my other classes (from 1st - 6th period) are better behaved, with some being very respectful and having great behaviors. All in all, I chalk up 7th period's issues having to do with them getting rambunctious and wanting to go home already.
You should have sent the child to the office. Teacher are role models and are held to a high standard. Something as little as that can be humiliating to a child’s social life. It’s very inappropriate behavior for an adult to speak to a child in that manner. It’s create a negative impact on the child.
I believe the deputy was terminated for not following written procedures, which could endanger the local community and the other deputies he works with daily. In this video, it can be difficult to see but he exits his vehicle as he gets on scene and immediately approaches the damaged vehicle and removes the female passenger. It looks like this might have been seen as a felony stop by the other deputies, where the occupants of the vehicle were going to be ordered out of the damaged vehicle and required to move back to the arresting deputy's vehicle so the deputies could remain in cover (more cover than walking up to the suspect vehicle) as the occupants were taken into custody. You can see the other deputies seem hesitant to approach the vehicle but do eventually approach the rear of the vehicle to offer some cover to Tyler as he handcuffs the female passenger. If this is true, Tyler's approach was too aggressive and placed himself and the other deputies in a situation where they had to approach the vehicle without cover, which might have been a violation of policy. If Tyler has a history of rushing towards dangerous situations and causing procedures (written to help keep deputies and citizens of the community as safe as possible) not to be followed, it may have been complaints from other deputies that eventually led to his dismissal. It sounds like the sheriff tried to coach the deputy to resolve these concerns, but it just didn't work out and the deputy was eventually terminated.
I give him a 10 for his driving
I'm not sure why this deputy is driving like this to the scene of an accident? What is he going to do when he gets there that warrants this kind of driving?
Rest in peace

He was fired for his aggression and his continued aggression after this incident, where he arrives at a calm under control scene, then spazzes out, loosing contro ofl his mouth and gets aggressive with the passenger. The core of the problem aggressive spazas get rehired until they cause a multi million dollar lawsuit.
Mr. Walz does interviews a lot more effectively than does Vice President Harris. While she appears to fear interviews, Walz obviously enjoys them and eats them up for lunch.
Blasting through school zone #1,#2 70 in a residential is a issue as well,no reason, other police were already on scene, dangerous
clearly you have no idea whats going on.
Took long enough to get there
This was stupid. The driving was justified and nearly flawless
They just moved to a different department.

I am FTP all the way so I can only assume this cop was fired for either actually being a good cop or just not taking bribes. But he was not fired for his driving.
Martin yes he was
You click baiters S.U.C.K.!
Boring
City & county policy are too weak. He should apply for state
Cops are gay as fuck
ASP can learn something here. They need better dash cams. This deputy's cam is top quality. 👀
fargo has been infested and infected with liberalism and demoncraps for quite a few years. im sure gibson was singled out for termination to make room for a diversity hire of some sorts. our state is sparsely populated with large distances between cities and town. cops normally are flying down the highway at high speeds to assist one another. its nothing out of the ordinary to see. unfortunately, we're getting more and more of the southern invaders infesting our state so the frequency that cops have to fly down the interstate is ever growing. we used to hear sirens a couple time a week but now its a couple times a day. i know its not Constitutional, legal and bordering communism but until we get our country's boarders shut down and a mass deportation happening, i kinda wish we could set up checkpoints at state lines to keep the riff raff out who are not in our country legally. something has to happen to stem the tide of these invading hoards from roaming and infesting our entire country. they want to fire a cop for what ever mistakes from an already understaffed department but theyll turn loose criminals back onto the streets after doing some pretty heinous crimes.
The title and description of this video is misleading. Because the incident involving his aggressive behaviour occurred after he arrived at the traffic stop. It was recorded on his body cam, not on his dash cam. And it shows him pointing his gun at the occupants inside one of the crashed vehicles at the scene. This particular disciplinary incident wasn't about the speed, or his manner of driving to the crash scene.
After reading the story attached it is clear that he was fired for aggressive behavior but this video shows nothing of that and another thing what about the officer that wasn't even on the clock that made the stop was he even in trouble, more research before posting would be nice
The aggressive behaviour was recorded on his body cam, not on his dash cam.
No ears of corn were hurt in these Farmland pursuits...
It does not matter what the backstory is here. There's no narration whatsoever. Nobody knows what the hell's going on unless they go back and read the description of the video and then go to the attached news story. This was the dumbest video ever... annnnnd the only thing to do now is go back to my recommended feed and hit the button that says DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHANNEL 🤨
@MWCAdvertising , you're SUPERstupido. Holy s*** and you're an advertising company??!!😂😂😂 🤪
They should have used his body cam video footage, and not the dash cam of him driving to the accident scene.
Channel blocked
I have Organ Donor on my license- never thought twice about it.❤
I watched the video on TV which does not show the story or comment. I had to get on my computer to find out what he did to get fired. I still don't get it. I didn't see any near misses or other cars getting into accidents. I'm sure another department will pick him up soon.
This particular disciplinary incident wasn't about his driving actions, it was about what occurred after he arrives at the scene.
no good cops.. no not one!
so very wrong.
I should have read the comments before I wasted that time
Read both the attached article and after watching the video, I kinda believe he was fired for other reasons and the Sheriff was just looking for excuses to get rid of him. I was a cop for over 16 years in both small towns and big cities and this looked like a run of the mill County or State Po-Po code-run. He didn't blow through any red lights at speed, nor did he ever squall tires or even come close to losing control of his squad. It was day light, and the roads were dry with exceptionally little traffic. The officers are trained higher than most citizens at handling a vehicle at speed on the skid pads and EVOC driving courses. I didn't really see anything that could be considered reckless or overtly dangerous. In the city your back up is pretty close and usually plentiful, but with most county and state agencies your back up may be 20 to 50 miles away. When the deputy arrived for the backup, the lone fellow officer was still in the middle of a high-risk stop with more than one person in the suspect vehicle. To me this reeks of a spineless Sheriff caving to outside influences who have never been in a cop's shoes, or there is prior bad blood between the Sheriff and Deputy, and this was the excuse he was waiting for. If it's the latter, then the Sheriff could be right, or he could still be wrong depending on those reasons.
