I have just been supplied with these . The setting facility is amazing. I was echoing I increased the volume in one ear ..echoing gone. I'm in the really early days of my brain adjusting. I'm already impressed. Thankyou to our NHS in conjunction with Chimes UK and of course Signia .

Hi there. Thanks for the video. I just got a new pair of Signia Pure 312 3EX hearing aids. I purchased them on eBay and they were programmed by the seller. The streaming audio as well as speech audio on calls, is extremely tinny and very low volume. Sounds terrible. Can you offer any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi i have reinstalled the signia app in my new phone since the old one was stolen, however in the app there is no Directional hearing tab? I cannot adjust the sound settings since the sounds coming my back is too loud while the sound from my front is low, please help thank you

My Oticon hearing aids have a really fantastic streaming setting. Being an audiophile I would like to use the same type of procedures to get a similar experience when listening to my stereo. My equipment is extremely high end. Is there something we could do for listening to music rather than streaming.

If you use a lapel mic or remote mic with Sound Amplifier, you could have a superior solution for hearing a human voice in a noisy room. Just like with any mic'd sound source, the closer you get to the source with the mic, the more you hear what you want to hear (the voice) and less of what you don't want to hear (room noise). Hearing aids are ridiculously expensive and they do a very poor job of isolating a desired sound source in a noisy room. This really is a great new technology.

I have a Signia Pure Charge & Go 31X purchased in May 2024. I have the current Signia app on my iPad -- no bass/treble option, no direction ability option, no program switching option. Min volume is still too high. Hearing aids do not connect to WIN 10 laptop (laptop finds them, but will not connect) or other Bluetooth devices. Very disappointed in this product.

Hi Mark I’ve just got my new hearing aids and my audiologist has set them up so my phone rings directly into my ears… sounded like a great idea however it rings so loudly I’m jumping out of my skin! I’ve tried turning the volume on my phone down and the universal volume on the app but they still ring so loudly that I’m considering switching it off…. Can you help me with this please? Elaine

Can the streamline mic connect to the hearing aids at the same time then the cell phone is connected to the hearing aids?

This video is very helpful. I have Noahlink Wireless and all the software to program my Signia Charge and Go hearing aids. I am very frustrated with programming. It seems sound good and a few days later it is not. Audiologists never talked about the universal equalizer. You said that the equalizer is set based on your audiogram. How do I create my equalizer settings from my audiogram? I used your settings and it improved the sound quality. I would appreciate it if you show me the equalizer settings for hearing aids as well as android phone. I can send you my audiogram if you like.

What about masking tinnitus?

I have a Signia STYLETTO AX and it pairs directly with my iPhone and iPad. No need for this streamline mic.

You are amazing, you should go back to do videos. I didn’t even know my cell phone had an equalizer or the Signia software, very cool!

Thank you for the great video. The one thing that I am confused is that my hearing aids already pair with my cell phones and I can take my phone calls, and also hear the music or videos from my iPhone. It sounds that this microphone does exactly what my phone and hearing aids already do (except the microphone on a table to hear many people better). Am I confused or how is this device different?

Thank you for your explanation, I have the app with the Signia assistant which helps me to hear farther, the problem is now the volume goes up and down by itself, how can I fix it?

People shouldn't just get a power receiver to get more low frequency emphasis for music. The receiver should be selected based on the hearing loss.

Excellent video. I have had difficulty with this hearing aid for almost 3 years now and I hated it. I now understand the functionality much better. Excellent description of the settings particularly for android phones. My major hearing issue is understanding, not so much hearing too low. Your speech for me was perfect, no distortion at all, and English is not my first language. I understood perfectly every word, and if I had any doubt then closed captioned was available, but I had no need to use. Thank you!

Ok. I have my hearing aids paired with my iPhone. When I get a call on my iPhone it comes through my hearing aids. How do turn the BT off so my partner can hear the call on speaker phone? Thanks.

My signia app doesn't have the assistant or the directional mic. Even though it is supposed to have these features. I suspect i was never activated in Connexx when first set up.

Why should i wear such a tall hearing aid when there many much smaller devices on the market??

Good helpful video. My question is about the directional hearing feature. I noticed when you press the circle which represents the range, what is the difference between when you tap it and the circle fills in with the red color and leaving it alone? I don’t know if I’m explaining this correctly.

My 26yr PhD student son thanks you for this. We just looked at his phone and activated it. And while he was there he found the doorbell, smoke detector alert. This is mind blowing as years ago when he was going overseas I brought him an alarm clock that had a vibration pad that if it heard the smoke detector it would vibrate under his pillow. It is huge and cost us a fortune. Once again thank you. The one thing he isn't liking is all hearing aids are ditching batteries. He liked that they last a week on a battery but only 16hrs when charged.:(

Hello Mark. I purchased a pair of Signia intuis hearing aid. I'm unable to connect it with my android phone. How can I turn on my hearing aids' Bluetooth mode to connect it with app? Thanking you in anticipation.

Why do we need this thing in the first place? Surely audio should go straight from the phone to the hearing aid via bluetooth. That's what bluetooth is for, surely? This is all about revenues, not user satisfaction.

Is there a way to set up the Signia app on iPad in landscape mode? I can’t find a way. If this is impossible, as it seems to be, I simply won’t use the app on iPad because it forces me into portrait mode, which I hate on a large device. Thanks for your help!
