Just wanted to share a really nice game (in my opinion) for all the Maxx C haters. I'm not much of a YGO gamer, I play every now and then and I'm sure there's a ton of misplays in this video, please don't roast me.
As my in-game name suggests, I'm learning this deck. I've been using Dark Magician/Blue-Eyes in my entire life, cause they are still pretty cool imo, but I couldn't progress above Plat 2 and I got tired of it. Snakes-Eyes was the first "META" / "Competitive" deck I've ever fell inlove with and it uses a ton of Link Summoning that I wanted to learn anyway.
Sidenote: I've never used Link monsters before, cause I didn't really understand how they work.
I found this deck insanely interesting. The lore, the design, everything was just too good, so I left my old BE deck and started going meta. When I started playing Snake-Eyes, it was already hit once with Ash being Semi-Limited if I remember correctly. When I saw how much they will hit this deck, I got really dissapointed and I left the game. I skipped two seasons before coming back to play again, this time, with Fire King. I dunno how strong this deck is in the current meta, but HELL YEAH. It managed to beat a Horus player with Three Slifer cheatouts (imo Slifer is still one the best counters to Snake-Eyes).
Couldn't be more happier with my deck and I'm so glad that I found some really nice and deep ideas (like letting him Special Summon 2 monsters with that stupid trap) at the end as a noobie to achieve that Deckout Dream.
Well, I aint gonna lie, I played this game in Bronze Elo as I'm climbing back to plat (hoping to reach diamond), so don't get too harsh with me.
