I bought a stock 2014 GTI then added a catted downpipe, turbo muffler delete, cold-air, dog bone, upgraded clutch and stg-2 tune by integrated engineering......so fun! All for under 13K :) Love GTIs

May I suggest EQT stage 2 for the tune?

If ur gonna do suspension mods highly recommend doing springs and rear sway when I had my gti it made a huge difference in the bends . For the tune I believe if u give apr or unitronic ur vin they would be able to tell u if ur tunned through them

If its tuned , u def need an after market clutch , stock clutch doesnt even handle stage 1 tune

I have a 2001 Honda accord with the v6 I want to keep it auto, but plan on adding some power and would like to finally drive it aggressively and not have to baby it at shift points. What would be the most reputable place to buy a rebuild trans from. Or do you think getting a junkyard one would be a better option.

the suspension for you is expensive because you're on the ground. if you dont go that low you can get away for a little bit on suspension and axles.

Okay guys. I'm ole school (51) and I grew up building 60 muscle cars (Chevy's in the 80s) with my dad. So, I don't know much about performance when it comes to "computer cars" but I'm wanting to learn. I have a 2k Accord 3.0 VTEC (autoM). I don't know the lingo CG, F22, etc... I'd like to put a manual in but I'm sure it's more of a headache than that old cars (they're headaches too).. also I've looked on eBay at some turbo setups and there's got to be more to installing one than what I'm reading... Can someone give an ole timer the run down on what I can do to this little V6? Little more HP etc... I should just pull it out and drop a Chevy V8 in lol
