@@Gratefulformusic Got better videos of them out in Las Vegas 2 wks ago… They did ‘Dance in the Desert” both times with only a seven second difference on a 16+ minute song = talk about timing 🎵 Ck it out! And the SPHERE stuff as well !!!

Jeez Bob's vocals have slipped into I dont give a shit mode. Timing, pitch, remembering lyrics... for a million bucks a show you'd think he'd try a little harder. I meant that not just based on this video but a lot of the Sphere vids I have watched. Still, pretty awesome despite that.

Fabulous guitar work from John, as always. I was there that night and was thrilled to get a gorgeous Eyes. But - I know mine is a minority opinion, but let's just say I'd really rather watch and listen to the band. Their music is just too good to be relegated to a soundtrack for cartoons. In other words, the animations are distracting and detract from being able to focus your attention on the music. If I wanted to see an IMAX movie, I'd go see one, but if I want to see and hear the Dead, I want to see and hear the Dead.
I haven't seen any shows there, but I was thinking the same thing.

Those 1971 Fillmore East shows were the best. Or was it 2-13-1970... The Bears choice. Stay in NYC. SEE THE BEST DEAD.
Why is there so much talking during all these shows? It’s so distracting
It's as though people are only interested in notching another show rather than experiencing the music. It's an expensive way to just hang out and chatter.
It's only a certain percentage who go to actually listen to and hear the music. Lots of people go for the scene and to socialize. It's always been a complaint of mine...all the jabbering while the music is playing. Though back in the day people paid much closer attention to the music. There was less distraction. Nowadays with cellphones, social media, ect, people's attention spans are like 10 seconds and it's all about me me me.
