Skagway, Alaska White Pass Railroad 🚞 It was hard to see inside due to it being foggy and rainy but we were allowed out onto the platforms so I spent most of the train ride (like an hour) outside getting soaked. Honestly, I didn't even think that I would have gotten way less wet if I stood on the back platform 😅 oh well! It was beautiful views out there but got reaaallllyyy cold at the top 🥶

Meeting Sled Dogs in Skagway, Alaska (May 2024)

We stopped at Skagway on our cruise, where we did Gold Panning. It was so much fun! At the end you even get to weigh your gold and we got a nice 4.2 Grains which would be worth about 60$.

Me and Adam left the kids on the Ship and got to go on the Ziprider at Icy Strait Point in Hoonah Alaska! The ziprider is "The world's largest ziprider" dropping you at 1330 Feet (taller then the empire state building) at 60 miles an hour. This was an amazing experience I'm glad we got to do together. I'm glad I braved my fear of heights and did it!

We got to go to Discovery Cove with our kids and my Mom (Nanna). Jasmine did Flamingo Mingle which was getting to walk the flamingos to the back of the park and then you got to offer them a bowl of food and you got two photo opportunities before walking them back to the front of the park. I got to do the Flamingo Mingle at discovery cove! Although, in my opinion it was a little boring especially compared to the other extra experiences we have done here. It was still really cool to see the flamgos up close though. You got to feed them, then had two photo opportunities before walking them back up to the front of the park.

We went to Discovery cove and brought my mom along. She faced her fear of going under the water to the bottom of their grand reef and was so happy she did. She said she absolutely loved it! I'm proud of you mom! so glad you did it!

Day 3; We rode the skyliner over to the Riviara Resort where we went to Topolinos to eat some delicious food. We also got to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. They also got us dancing with a funny/ Catchy celebration song! We then went took a bus to Magic Kingdom then a boat over the Fort Wilderness to ride ponies at Tri-Circle-D Ranch. Last year we were supposed to attend our first ever Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party but unfortunately thats when hurricane Ian struck causing it to be canceled. This year we tried again and it was also the first Halloween Party of the year! This was our only day in the parks/Magic kingdom so we prioritized rides but we did still enjoy some of the special spooky shows just for the Halloween...
