Seeking to create reviews and video of all Roller Coasters within Thailand.
Plus, all additional Roller Coasters that I get to ride!
All Off-Ride and POVs are copyright free. All I ask is that you give me credit in your videos and descriptions -- Roller Coasters of Thailand or RC Thai is fine. (Also, feel free to let me know, so I can watch and like your video!)

Review of Star Force Orbiter @ Tom Foolery's (Round Rock) | Solid Kiddie Coaster?
This small looking kiddie coaster at Tom Foolery's in Round Rock, Texas (just north of Austin, Texas) offers some solid thrills with its laterals through the station, making it appear better than it might look at first glance. But, just how good of a coaster is it? Find out in this review.

This Schwarzkopf Looping Star is the only permeant version of this model currently operating in the United States. It offers a strange ride as some of the elements you think will hit don't, and others do. The drop offers two nice lateral kinks, and most of the turn arounds have a pretty good swaying and shuffling feeling to them. Then, the airtime hill before the tunnel does deliver. 0:00 - 0:4...

Looks like a children’s roller coaster in America
It is very much a kiddie coaster, but the laterals around the helix are strong and enjoyable. So, at least for me, it edges out some of the bigger coasters in Thailand (and the United States for that matter).
Looks like fun 🎉
It is!
I went on eagle warriors but was too chicken for wrath of zeus
That’s fair. Wrath of Zeus has some power, especially on the top hat! Eagle Warrior is great in its own way as well. Did they have the preshows going for Eagle Warrior? Just trying to find someone who has experienced them.
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand The only thing I remember is the amazing detail in the queue, as it was quite windy
@@fatdinosaurfood8059 Ah, then they probably weren't going. The queue line is amazing though!
How did the Hurricane Did to you
Pretty lucky from the hurricane. Just branches down around my apartment complex. No real damages. My job was closed today, so missed a shift there. My wife’s job has been closed the last three days as well. Which on one hand was nice in that she needed a break, but also missing the money from working. My dad had a tree fall on his house. Guess that’s going to be like $8,000+ to get fixed… how did you do with the hurricane?
Lost power branches fell on our street the entire house got destroyed it’s hot and it seems like Hurricane Harbor Lost power because the park has not been opened Traffic Lights are completely off in Spring it’s really bad up here
@@adventureswithadam394 No fun still being without power... :( I imagine it will take a couple of days for Hurricane Harbor to get back up and going. Big Rivers sent out an email saying they won't be open until Friday, at the earliest. About half the traffic lights are off up here in Conroe. Looks like the Woodlands has got most of its power back -- saw a lot of people chilling at the Woodlands mall today, presumably to get out of the heat. Hang in there!
Now there’s a rollercoaster I would like.
It’s a nice little kiddie coaster, though it is a bit more mild than its other clones in Texas. Though, depending on one’s tastes, that could be a good thing!
I like the cliffhanger and the rattler
Cliffhanger is nice in the back row, and if I get a middle seat. Iron Rattler has really been growing on me with my more recent rides for sure!
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand yes
My 2nd fav bc it's kinda rough and throws u around
Ah, what’s your favorite?
Have you been to Schlitterbahn?
I’ve been to the New Braunfels location a fair amount while I was growing up, but only once recently back in 2021, though it is by far the best water park I’ve been to. Though lines were crazy long in 2021, even on a weekday so it seems unfortunate that you likely will need to buy fast pass visiting there now a days. I’ve never been to the Galveston location, for some reason. The South Padre Island location (rebranded after the family solid Schlitterbahn) was wonderfully set up when I went with how you floated off the lazy river into all the water coaster lines.
Hmmm Vietnam is not in thailand
I focused on Thailand’s coasters first, but would love to get more coaster credits all around South East Asia. Currently I’m living and based out of Houston, Texas in the USA. I also like the roller coaster tycoon pun if you shorten it to RC Thai.
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand You should go to ocean park in Hong Kong (That's where I live)
@@jamesscott3070 Hair Raiser looks beautiful from the POVs I’ve seen. I’m not gonna have much money to travel for a while, especially around Asia, but I’d love to get to Hong Kong and China some day. I went to Hong Kong when I was in school with a group, and love the look of the city with the harbor, the sky scrapers, and then green hills behind them. Haven’t been captivated with the beauty of a city like that since. One day! But it’s gonna be a while, sadly. Thanks for the encouragement for sure though!
Why is this so great? 😂
Maybe you’re ready to go on a road trip? 🤷♂️
Is it worth buying the flash pass if the crowd calendar says 20-30 min wait?
Depends on the price. They can get pretty expensive fast from what I’ve seen. If you can get the $30 evening pass with the 5 single shots like I did, that might be a good way to hedge your bets. Weekdays at over Texas this summer have been fairly reasonable with the lines the two days I’ve went. If you want extra rides on La Vibora or don’t want to wait an hour for Mr. Freeze, it might be worth considering. They’ve also removed all the single rider lines, so you can’t as easily ride on some of the lower volume coasters like Joker or Pandemonium.
Great video as always
Thanks! I was just happy I finally got to ride it!
I don’t like the stomach feeling when you drop😂
The drops on this messed with your stomach? They seemed pretty mild to me, but that’s good to know they pack a punch for some. Likely the reason they’re more on the mild side to keep this coaster as accessible to everyone as it can. The laterals on the turns are the best part for sure. (I also hated the stomach drop feeling on coasters for years growing up - now I kind of seek it out but can’t find it anywhere. It’s strange, I’m on a ride way up high being all afraid like - but what if this gives me a bad stomach drop feeling, only to be disappointed when it doesn’t give me anything).
Awman that big red coaster they had there is my fav you should get on it and giv us a pov
Pole Position? I have a POV for it published already. It’s just in a separate video.
Looks like fun 🎉
Sometimes
Dont Go to this. THis is completely spam because once you go there then only you will be informed that many of the rides are closed for maintenance. They will not refund your money also, For Kids its ok small rides will be open
They have had some rides closed on my visits, but normally no more than 4, not including the standing but not operating rides that are no longer listed on their websites and such. They also had closures listed at the ticket booth, at least on my visits. Though, it’s an inherent risk of going to any amusement park that some rides might be closed and/or rides close during the day for weather or maintenance purposes.
IF the RIDES are closed they should have a prior notice. But they just mention after we purchase the tickets and they never forget to say that the ticket is non-refundable. In the ticket they mention that rides are unlimited. But after we go there some rides start at a delayed schedule. So it is not unlimited.
Cool to see that you made it out here. Star Force Orbiter is definitely the smallest (maybe second smallest?) coaster in Texas, and not an easy one to get into. At least adults can ride this clone, unlike the one at Cotaland.
I actually enjoyed the laterals. It might be small in size, but packs a punch better than some other coasters. Hoping to get to Amarillo at some point this summer. Than I’d only have a few coasters left that have either been closed or at the parks I haven’t been to (Cliff Carver and COTAland I haven’t been to, plus Dewberry Farm but should knock that out in the fall). Austin was nice trip really.
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand Glad you liked Austin. Hoping to get out to Wonderland this year as well, and gonna knock out Dewberry in September. Going to Big Rivers this weekend actually, so I'll only have 5 more coasters to go once that's done.
@@CrazyWharf625 You’re very close. Jealous! Double check with Big Rivers that Roller Thunder is opened. A rider operator reached out to me about their new drop tower, and he said roller thunder is down this week waiting on a part (was supposed to be in on Friday).
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand Thanks for the tip. Gonna be real mad if it’s closed lol
I rode this exact model at Scene75 Dayton. Funnily enough, it also had the same, blue color scheme that Barreling Rapids features, and was also tucked in the corner of the building. Of the eight SBF Visa spinners I’ve ridden, it is my personal favorite, rivaled only by Fun In The Sun at Myrtle Beach, which is a close second.
I think this is my favorite as well (still need to finalize my rankings). Drop plays well, but I’m not sure the spinning cars help this layout. Could be a lot better with different types of cars, I think. But I like what it tries to do.
Are you going to the San Diego County Fair this year? It's from June 12 - July 7 2024.
No. I’m not going to be able to make it out to California for a while I don’t think. My wife would love to go out there at some point just to see California though.
I had to wait for the video to load too 😂
🤣
you have to buy the tube for the lazy river
Yeah pretty lame that you have to rent one for the lazy river 😔
I've ridden one of these quite regularly at Fun Fore All up in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, with the most recent occurrence being last year during National Roller Coaster Day.
Good to know Adults can ride that one too! I’d love to get up there and ride it some day. The laterals were pretty good on this one for sure!
Numba 3
I have been wanting to reride those. They’ve been closed on my two visits so far this year.
Uu
Thanks!
I love how you say the numbers 😂
Glad I can make it enjoyable. My most memorable was how flatly and sad I said #1 for Iron Gwazi on my Busch Gardens countdown… 🤣

Whn Visiting bangkok 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭 this Sept I MUST Visit this place 🤔 Thankz for Sharing God Blessings ☝️ cheerz Bro Great Vid 😎👌
Thanks! Hopefully you have a great time! They recently replaced the Dino jeeps with a train ride that looks like an enjoyable quasi dark ride - I’m excited to experience that whenever I can get back myself!
When I ride it spin so little so abit disappointing for me
I can see that. I really had to lean into the spinning to get going… a lot of work…
0:57 my old nemesis: Galaxy Spin! Fun fact: when I rode Galaxy Spin, the cars were spinning perfectly fine throughout my 15-20 minute wait, and continued to do so after my ride. When I rode it, however, the spinning mechanism did not engage, meaning those forces were not as evenly distributed. The roller coaster did not live up to its namesake. For a spinning coaster with decent airtime, Tsunami at Scene75 in Dayton has some surprising pops of backwards or sideways airtime in the final car, provided you hit that drop just right. Great video!
Yeah, Galaxy Spin seems to be hit or miss with the spinning. I got great spin when I leaned into it when I rode with my twin brother. But, other times, it has been rather disappointing -- mainly just spinning along with the turns, which I got in some of my off-ride video of it (though, I don't have a lot of off-ride video of it). Hopefully you'll get back, and it will give you a good ride. Though, even at its peak, still not great - but interesting. I'm going to Austin's Park which has a clone of Tsunami on Wednesday -- so I'll have to be sure to ride in the final car. Most SBF Visa spinners that I've been on have been rather disappointing as they don't do much for me: as a spinning or a coaster. But, pops of backwards/sideways are time would be great plus!
Uu❤
Thanks! This is my favorite coaster!
Great White is the first coaster that actually make me feel dizzy but I love it (not the dizzy feeling after I leave the train 😅) when I try on first row I didn’t feel any airtime but the G force got me in love with this ride.
Good to know you love this one! The G forces on the vertical loops are really fun, but the final two inversions make me a bit too dizzy for my tastes. My love is reserved for the front on the Steel Eel - that’s my favorite. Though, the line for this one should normally be really short which is a huge plus for these type of rides!
Nothing mind blowing about this girly ride. You haven't rode The Medusa in Six Flags Park.
I need to get to more Six Flag Parks for sure -- haven't been on any of the Medusa's yet. But, Mine Blower (despite its roughness when I rode it) ranked just below B&M Floorless/Looping coasters for me (Superman Krypton Coaster, Kumba, Kraken). I'd expect Medusa to rank slightly higher, but only by a few places. I'm also excited to get back to ride Mine Blower now that RMC re-tracked it -- could be even better.
Are the tickets separately bough for each game or ride? Or is it a package
The easiest way is to buy a package. 500 baht gives you one ticket for each ride at Dream World (excluding premium rides). 700 baht gives you unlimited rides on most rides (including my all the coasters), but excludes the premium rides. 1000 baht gives you all the rides an unlimited amount of times including premium one (except only one visit to Snow Town). I address this in my review video of Dream World if that’s easier as well.
For a junior kiddie coaster that looks quite forceful especially when you was in the back row
The first two drops are great for a kiddie coaster, for sure! These are solid coasters for kiddie coasters. This one does let its foot off the gas a little on the last two hills though.
4 rides on cyclone shame no on ride povs through, correction ive just noticed the previous video cyclone
Appreciate the support -- great to know someone watched enough of this to see that I went on Cyclone 4 times. I'm not too worried about my off-ride video -- I just like to put it out there in case any one can enjoy watching it, and if any content creators need any. I do try to separate my Roller Coaster POVs, though I feel it is nice to include the additional Go Pro footage in some fashion as well (normally I've been putting that in Off-Ride videos, but I already have one for Cyclone from back in the Fall, so this just makes it in a catch-all video for the park). Always great to hear from you for sure!

Between siam amazing park and dreamworld, which is one is better?
I like Dream World more
I watched your additional part 3 it was good
Thanks! Good to know! Just didn’t see a comment from you. Was wondering. Planning some smaller trips in early summer, but I should get back to Fiesta Texas over the summer.
Next time please make the video sound silent.
The video sound? What do you mean?
Great video! Learned a lot about the park. Simple questions here: does the thrill park and the water park share the same entrance ticket? Is bringing my swimming suit necessary?
The water park is through the theme park, but the tickets can vary if you get a cheaper one. The main ticket includes everything, but there are cheaper options that include just the water park (think about 500 baht though the price varies a little) or a walk in option (these are on the website, but I think only the Thai version of the website). I also have a review video that discusses this a bit more, if that’s helpful. Yes, you should bring your own swimsuit (you can buy or rent one there if you don’t have one). Just make sure it meets Southeast Asian standards (no metal) - as that’s their rules, though it’s not enforced super strict.
Are you sure that’s in Thailand? Because there’s someone that to me and it looks exactly like that
My channels name is about Thailand, but this coaster is a traveling coaster that I rode in Texas while it was at the Montgomery County Fair. I’m based out of Texas in the US for the time being.
Nice
Thanks!
Will there be an On Ride POV on Pole Position?
Yes. Scheduled to be released Thursday. I have my review for this Pole Position set to come out Friday.
Any six flags fiesta Texas video coming?
Nothing new for a while. Hoping to get back to see the construction on the DC Universe and finally ride Kid Flash sometime in June, but I'm not entirely sure what my schedule will look like. Did you get to watch my additional off-ride footage 3 from over Spring Break?
Manta is my second roller coaster ever I would like to see one of my friend and we went on a three times in a row I was terrified but it actually isn’t that bad except for like right when you start after the first drop there’s a little twist and then you go straight down at least it feels like that
I can only imagine how scary that drop would feel for this to be your second ever coaster. After more coasters, you can get more use to drops -- though this one, with the flying position, gives a nice punch the first couple of times for sure. Hopefully you'll get to ride many more coasters going forwards! If you can handle this drop, there shouldn't be too many drops you can't handle.
Going on a field trip
Awesome! Hopefully you have a great time!
Great analysis and comparison. I appreciate your efforts!
Thanks! It was really great getting to ride one of these out in the open!
Nice video! I am a ride operator for Big Rivers and agree with many of the things you said ride wise in the video. The park is currently in the process of building an 140 foot drop tower. Hope you will come out once it is finished to ride it!
I have a season pass, so I hope to be out there a few times over the course of the summer. I went for opening day - just for a few hours - I'm guessing the drop tower is what I saw between the Swinging Ship and Pendulum ride? It looked like maybe that was what it was -- and that would certainly be a nice flat ride that would make sense! Do you know if adults are allowed to ride the kiddie drop tower? I didn't try too hard to do so when I was there for opening day. I'm also excited to get back and try all the different ziplines and rope courses, as I feel that might be what could really make this park special as far as a season pass goes. I do miss the Christmas even though -- that was good times for sure!
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand Yep! The Drop Tower will be right next to SPINdle Top in the back. I am not working this weekend, but last time I checked the concrete was layed in the area where the ride will be. I have photos if you are interested, just let me know what the easiest way is to send them to you. For the kiddie drop tower, I rode it for the first time last weekend and it packs a punch. Good pops of airtime on the drops, and it is a lot taller then it looks. So yes, you can ride Bayou Bounce (Kid Drop Tower) as an adult. There is no height limit unlike SPINdle Top.
@@andrewmueller8542 Awesome! Kiddie Drop towers are some of my favorite flat rides -- and they can have pretty nice pops as well, so great to know I can ride it. You can email me the pictures if you'd like - would be awesome to see: corycogley36@gmail.com. Would you mind if I posted them to my UA-cam channel? Figured it might be a nice thing to share.
@@RollerCoastersOfThailand Sent them over to your email! Of course you can post them to your UA-cam channel. If you ever need any photos or have any questions about the park, let me know. Also, if you ever see me around (Nametag: Andrew), feel free to say hello! Always love to see coaster enthusiasts around and have a chat.
@@andrewmueller8542 Thanks for sure! Will certainly look for. Should be able to get over there some during the summer, but I'm not in a huge hurry since I have a season pass. Also, I'm curious about the official name for ya'll's coaster, since it appears to be Rolling Thunder, but the Roller Coaster Database has it listed as "High Voltage" due to their naming convention of preferring the name/words on the actually ride. This seems to be a mix up, in my opinion -- so figured it wouldn't hurt if someone from the park reached out to clarify the actual name. And, is there any way for me to bring my Go Pro on the rides? I brought it for the Christmas event, but they told me opening day that Go Pros aren't allowed in the park -- I just want to make a nice review and such of the park since it is working on being one of the premier parks in the Houston area, and nicer footage would help. Of course, if there is simply other on-ride footage that the park has that I can use, that would be fine as well. Just figured it doesn't hurt to ask someone with a bit more knowledge.
Back in the 90s, this park had 3 bodyslides called Hydra. All 3 bodyslides were fun and each one was a little different than the other. I wish they had kept that one.
Awesome to know! Where were they located at? It really is interesting learning about the history of this park!
I believe it was where Vortex is now. I haven't been to the park in awhile but I'm pretty sure that's where it was.
@@user-lm9mb5th7l Yeah, there are some extra unused support posts under Vortex, so it looks like something was there before for sure
@@RollerCoastersOfThailandHydra was where RipQurl is now. Vortex was Space Rapids with 3 different tube slides
@@nick216634 Ah. So I can be mad at Vortex that it took away some different tube slides. RipQurl is alright, but I feel a body slide tower there would likely be better. Ah, change...
I miss Cypress Gardens!
Me too!
