Great question! This vacation community at Windsor Island Resort has 30 Day limits for 2nd home residential use or rentals. That means you can rent out for up to 30 days and renew if a family wants to stay longer but they're not designed for primary residence or long term 12 month rentals.

lol, no, that’s a very pretty English garden for the residents to sit and enjoy all the different flowers and plants that bloom during the year here. There’s a park bench and residents can let their dogs run around also.

Yes - I just heard from Jenn in the sales Center that the Island Village Corporate Mgmt Office just signed three new Biz Leases to Open soon - a Barner Shop, Coffee Shop and Taco Bar. Hopefully we'll soon have more info of opening dates and build outs to be started soon! There are seven stores to be announced in total. Can't wait to see them open soon!

Thanks for your comment - no there's no pool in the rear yard but you could probably have a small pool built. Most residents in Lake Evalyn do not have a pool as the Lot Sizes don't allow sufficient room but these larger Corner Lot homes can probably have a small pool. I would need to check. Bear in mind the Downtown Heated Community Pool is very close by and is a major attraction for these residents living so close to Downtown.

Thanks for watching and your comment! Yes - these are the very small 'Cottages' in Disney's Golden Oak where the homes are pretty tight together - the larger homes sit on almost 1 Acre Lots and have much more room between homes.

Yes, Celebration does attract many Disney fans and this was an impressive collection with many items dating back to Walt Disney's own personal use for his own collection. The buyer who purchased over two years ago made several changes and it was actually just listed for sale again this month, looks very different now!

Thanks for watching! Yes totally agree but this home used all the rear space for the Private Courtyard that the new owners converted to an awesome Pool. Many homes in Golden Oak do have grassy front yards or at least grass areas to the rear next to the pools.
