so far I haven't found any real good ones. you can stamina break them and launch it point blank to hold them still for a moment.

im using it as a utility. once burning swan is launched. i used evil eye to bounce her back and collide into the first. it causes the player to fall straight down into my attack pathway.

@@flareon_the_prophet5205 use the concept for your next GB4 build, oh don't use Ice only Lighting for stagger effect to work faster.DO remember these run off electrical parts so Lightning elemental is best over all... For DPS output and faster kill times

@@BlackestEyes709 in second dan? ok i'll say try out every character and see which one fits your hands more. train with him/her before online. it'll help leaps and character play style will evolve from there. that's how i went from using steve to the bears and it only took them adding a move or two and we lined up.

yeah, this version of steve seems harder but i think you can do it. take things out of the cpu first and get a handle on how you want to use him and start from there. @@BlackestEyes709
