Hi guys, this is my mountain biking channel where I upload weekly videos of the latest riding that I do around New Zealand, I'm currently living in Christchurch and ride CAP mostly but used to live in Auckland and ride Woodhill but will still go up there occasionally to ride.

WGS Air DH Askins // Christchurch Adventure Park
Today I raced the Air DH at CAP, it’s the last race in the winter gravity series at CAP and the only one I managed to do. I had to race chainless cos my hub is slipping, but my race run still turned out pretty good so I’m happy.

Todays video was recorded a few weeks ago the day after Mt Hutt got a massive dump of snow. Probably the best day of skiing I've ever had, lots of sick of piste runs.

This video is a mix up of two different trips to Mt Hutt, rode with probably close to 10 different people and had a sick time. Next ski video will be a sick powder day at Hutt so keep an eye out for that

Today I rode at Signal Hill while I was in Dunedin for a few day. Pleasantly surprised with how good the trails and jumps were even tho it was fairly wet, definitely recommend check it out

Today I rode Wynyard jump park with UC bike before heading back to Christchurch, the jumps were running perfect and I was feeling good, did quite a few tricks and some pretty big jumps

This was back in the uni break when UC bike went down to Queenstown, all 15 of us spend the day at skyline but split up into groups while riding but meet up for some trains down Huck Yeah, Original and Coronel Senders.

Hey man just a question. On your gopro what fps do you use and what screen do you use as in wide med etc. Jus want to get some decent clear footage. Cheers. Nice riding by the way.👌🤙😎
I usually run the widest and highest fps I can, I use a GoPro with a Max lens so its extra wide but only does 2.7k 50fps, also auto shutter speed, white balance and adjust the ev comp to the brightness of the day

Signal hill is sick in the dry, you can ride the trails flat out, some of the rocks & roots can be like pure ice this time of year

What did you do with the camera to get that effect
the motion blur? its an effect I added quite editing, I used the desktop version for capcut, but it might be on the phone version
how to you prepare to send a jump
once you get good enough you dont have to put much thought into it, but to get there it just takes lots and lots of practice

Yeah, they’re pretty good, I’d recommend getting a second hand bike instead tho, cos you’ll be able to get a much higher speced bike
