I did a challenge run where I got to level 80 while still in Act 1. The nemesis system starts to break down a bit, spawning only low level captains and higher level Uruk’s without a title. I’ll have a video out at some point explaining it

It’s something to do with the respect system for sure, my speculation is that a form of the extortion minigame is used, and if you’ve already broke the driver because of your level/rank then he just doesn’t get out of the truck ever It’s a good game in a pinch, I’ve never had any problems on the emulator but Scarface, shadow of rome etc. were buggy af

@@professionalfoita Yeah, i'm thinking the same. On your video you state that after level 25 you were un-able to keep busting trucks; on my save i was around level 15 and then i got the "lockout", being that i was unable to keep robbing trucks, they just drove away as your video shows. I'm a "outsider" still, took all the families and such; maybe it's related to the limit of rackets that are available. Once you unlock them all on the minimap (Via interrogating the drivers of the trucks) then they will have nothing to give to they flee. It kinda sucks since you can't rob them more money but oh well, banks are always fun to heist. I did have problems with the pc version but with silent's patch it's going fine, it does crashes from time to time but it's okay, just gotta save more often. Anyways, sorry for the long text, thanks for all the videos!
