UMRAH STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE
1: Niyyah
For umrah Niyyah should be made at the Miqat
After Niyyah, you must recite the Talbiyah to validate your intentions and to enter the state of Ihram
2: As you reach theimits of Haram, constantly recite Talbiyah, Dhikr and send Salawat
3: upon reaching your accommodation, make sure you are proceeding to Haram as soon as possible
4: it is Sunnah to enter Masjid Al Haram via Bab-As-Salam Gate
5: within few steps from As salam gate you will witness the first sight of Kaaba
6: Keep your gaze lowered until you reach Mataf area (open space near kaaba)
7: Raise your hand and keep asking all your Duas as much as you can with Halal intentions
8: Start the Tawaf between greenlight And Hajr Al Aswad
9: Perform 7 circuits anti-clockwise
10: Avoid the Hatim (semi circle area). If you cross through Hatim, the Tawaf will be not valid
11: After Tawaf is completed, Pray Two Rak'has of Salah
12: Then proceed near Sa'i entrance ( Gate of Masa)
13: Drink ZAMZAM water while facing Kaaba
14: Proceeding back toMultazam (area between Hajr Al aswad and door) if you can't reach supplicate from distance
15: leave Kaaba area from Masa door and enter sa'i (Safa and Marwa). Cover youshboth shoulder at this point.
16: As you approach Safa it is sunnah to recite a dua
17: Upon reaching the safa, face the direction of Kaaba and add dua 3times.
18: Repeat the dua facing Kaaba 7times when you reach safa and Marwa.
19; between Safa and marwa at the green light post men should run at a medium pace.
20: Once you complete 7 laps, you should end at Marwa.
21: This mark as end of Umrah.
You can add your final duas and leave the Masjid Al haram with left foot front.
23: It is advised to cut hair either inch, trim or bold for men. Ladies only to cut one inch minimum.
