First try with a 10-stop ND-filter, enabling longer shutter-times. (and blurring rapid motion with a lot of light).

An amazing live concert in Paris of the Fellowship of the Ring. Le seigneur des Anneaux en cine-concert with English Subtitles. This scene always tears me up, even after almost 20 years. The live music remains hauntingly beautiful.

At the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam: I looked forward to this specific part, so much. I had never heard it live before. And it was....totally amazing! Powerful, and as real as it gets!

“Amsterdamse Werkgevers halen hun neus op voor MBO”, zo kopte het parool maandag 16 oktober. Uit rapportage van het UWV van Groot Amsterdam, kwam naar voren dat werkgelegenheid voor bepaalde groepen sterk onder druk staat. De tweedeling in Amsterdam neemt daardoor toe. Deze avond gaan we in op de werkgelegenheid voor jongeren, en specifiek voor het MBO. We zullen feit en fictie scheiden. Immers...

Final Countdown Red Square

A sort of fantasy I had, was to hear The Final Countdown in Russia. Somehow I connected the song with a protest-song against nuclear war. I never could have imagined even to hear it live, on the Red Square itself!

The most beautiful music in all Star Wars.
Me at 20: "Man, what you know sounds like crap." Me at 45: "You know the most important things it is possible to know."
I miss shows like this.
The band is so big you can hear the sound delay between the musicians This is epic
Notice how loud the cannons are that the microphone has to readjust the volume after the firing.
Москвичи суко зажрались 😂 (спб)
Heard one version and the cannon just sounded like someone was doing a mouth pop lol
Lindo demais
Amo que Tchaikovsky haya puesto al himno del Imperio Ruso en varias de sus obras
Sad they won’t play that anymore it’s actually beautiful when you think about it. Isn’t that apart of history that will soon be forgotten in Russian heritage. Sad that we have to take it over. Navalny forever and a true cause. I am Canadian but that man has taught me of the injustice in my own country. We all deserve the right to oppose our government and long live the cause. We will never stop fighting for freedom or repression. Remember that you are never alone
Funny how they banned him in Russia now it should be a song against the Russian federation. Don’t really care but if you ban a legend then they always come back.
What do you mean?
They should have been at the battle against the Shadows!! These guys rock, I would have loved to see them kick the Shadows ass, just to show off,how powerful they were... It would have been epic
This is the moscow update bro 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥

Cannons were first introduced in the USA Also, ironically, the USA in Washington DC does it vastly better than Russia ever has
Anyone know the name of the marching music in the background of 1:36 ?

00:20 - I want more drums. It's not written with more drums, I just want them. I want an entire drum line dropping sticks all at once in unison. WOMP! (Staccato) Massive drop. Get the lower horns and bass to fill. Heavy, all at once, staccato! Anyway, great rendition. I just have personal stuff. I need to get a drum line to help me. 😂
This is by far the most epic concert
what good is it to you if I'm dead? What if my children no longer have a father? What good is it to you, then all my knowledge is gone. Maybe I can repair the damage you did. Maybe it's lost forever. Your technology destroys the essence of the IFNJ. I will be the last. Leave me alive and alone.

Great Setting for Great Music!
imagine the epic feeling of liberation and relief from defeating Napoleon's invasion, not even close to imagining all the horrors of what was to come. And by the way, ironic Putin establishing himself as a new Napoleon
not really "a new Napoleon"

It's at times like this that I put aside the sorry fact of who's leading Russia right now and instead think of the country's more illustrious luminaries, like Tchaikovsky. May his music forever be played, long after the current leadership has passed on.
Never thought the Russians were good as well
Russia is known for its insanely good music and preferences
To be fair, this is definitely something I would do. Maybe not the philosophy part of it but dressing up as a wizard and use sci-fi tech to throw actual fireballs sounds like a cool weekend to me.
terrible performance

What movie is this??
Unable to play national anthems, able to play Katsuysha.
loved the technomages but i've always wondered: what if it wasn't the shadow war they were running from but something bigger?
Within the canonical backstory for the technomages, the cybernetically implanted, reality-altering technology they use was originally created by the Shadows several war cycles ago and used on an ancient lost race. That race rebelled against the Shadows however and fled, using the technology to discover many secrets about the universe. It is entirely possible that they have an even bigger picture of things than the Vorlons and Shadows do, and have chosen to keep the knowledge close at hand. Also interesting to consider - the original Babylon 5 plan was to follow the Earth civil war in more detail and get into the weeds about humanity's future development and evolution. The techno mages were removing themselves because of the danger presented from ALL corners - including potentially humankind.
@@bluedotdinosaur I found the novels incredibly dissatisfying in this regard. The Technomages were just toddler Windows-users. They didn't understand their own technology at all and just fumbled around with it until Galen found the "nul equation" (but he still understood none of it either).
Come to think of it - this is about best foundation speech of WW40k Mechanicum that can be written.
