BRO, totally get what you mean, i also feel like sometimes people expect others to respond immediately and if they don't they get upset about it, without necessarly saying it out loud. I can kinda get it, especially if it's a really important text, but till a certain extant. Just because i'm free and i'm on my phone, doesn't mean i should text you back. I do it when i'm in the right mood. I feel like these days ,with phones and social medias , everybody is expected to be always socially present, even when you are at home by yourself, and that can be fucking exhausting. You are never really alone, you are always online and in contact with others. In the past you could decide when to have social interaction, nowadays social interactions are daily occurence, even when you are at home. With phones, it's like having to talk with not just a person, but your own inner circle of people at the same time and that it's not just how things naturally go in real life. This might not be the main reason why you procrastinate respondig to texts, but I think it certainly can increase one's anxiety lol

I really love these type of diary-style rants. It's relaxing and authentic - hope you plan on doing more in the near future
