What does this form do?
Solid postures sir. Clear direction too. Demonstration is not as easy as people think. Well done, nice stuff.
Thank you so much the videos are doing me good
I never got on with this form, I don't know why, it ran off my brain like water off a duck's back and never absorbed. I'm impressed at anyone who can remember 185 moves, well done :)
BRAVO!!!!!!
perfect
Thank you so much!
Great Stuff !
Thank you so much 🌹
👍
Keep breathing ? Good advice.
Thankyou, sheur sheur
Just found this - fantastic thank you. Will join you again
great to keep fit and healthy thanks for showing us
Will you still be doing videos? I trained with Chee and Keith in the 80s 90s and 00s. I remembered all the Feng Shou but the Dao Yin and Ki Mein all got lost over time. Your videos have given me a new lease of life. Up at 5,30. warm up, standing, run through the sets, bit of form, bit of dance, ladder steps, Poison Hands, Pearls of Wisdom meditation, 5 lotus petals and then off to teach 30 kids. Nothing better to start the day imho
So cool. Done this every morning for 30 plus years, Could it be the reason people think Im 15 years younger than I am? Maybe. LoL
Awesome. I trained with Chee Soo back in the day. This style was always my favorite.
I'm giving you my telephone no June Turner 07398964385 thanks

Hello I am surprised that I am the only one leaving a comment for such an in depth level of instruction of Lee style Tai Chi. I am very grateful to be able to re learn many moves of the form which I had forgotten over the years. I only learnt up to 50 anyway. It does not take long to do 50 moves and so I have always done it two or three times which becomes a bit boring. So to learn above 50 moves onwards is such a great advantage especially during lock down. My thanks for this tuition from a teacher who is obviously so extremely well versed in the form. I have often wondered though about the meaning of the moves but I have never seen an explanation. Is that something that might be available sometime in the future? Again my thanks Frankie

Brilliant thank u 🙏 👍
Sumptuously. This is exactly what I have been looking for. Please write down the names of these exercises.
I have saved this to my playlist great video
Its amazing and the bgm is so soothing...but one thing I wish I could say is most of the time of the video you are showing your back than front so we could not able to see some movements other than this your dance steps are great.👐👐👐
I don't know the teacher's name, but this is a video of the full form. He breaks it down into manageable chunks for learning in separate videos eg - Steps 1-30 can be found at ua-cam.com/video/x5Q061mWqhw/v-deo.html when he first talks you through each move facing you, and then proceeds to do the form the way the viewer would do it. I'm fascinated by the very subtle differences between the Lee style form the teacher demonstrates and the same form we learn in Devon with my teacher Conrad.
Hi, Iv been following your vidios for a month or so. I enjoy your teaching manner very much, I am soaking up everything you show. I look forward to anything you may put on UA-cam in the future. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, I appreciate your time and patience.
