I really hate how if someone dodges the bubble rocket once it can't hit them after that. even if you reverse it.
Fixing this issue alone would make Marvin a much stronger fighter, rightly so. This issue seems to affect other characters as well.

For sure, loved doing that in beta. Though it's still possible to get the flag to stay on platforms. Just plant it on the ship when above a platform and it will fall onto it.
