Wayne yes she is very pale grey compared to the British warships that seem to use a darker grey and yes the sun made it stand out more but without the sun she would have still looked pale grey, I have footage from another cam that was just the same colour but far to much to use in the video but maybe one day I make one from that footage because we has 2 Royal Netherlands Navy ships in the same frame P 843 HNLMS Groningen was the other 😎thanks again for making a comment it's appreciated 👍

I've watched a few from Ryde pier they are big but seem smaller from a distance I think being they a few miles away from the pier I was surprised at the time but looks like you have some of your own memories which no one can take away😉thank you once again for the comment👍

Hi to you stranger hope your well and yes we do get a lot of testing of the hover right in front of the cam sometimes they just go up and down for half hour or so but sometimes they really go for it and this was one of those occasions 😉thanks for the comment 👍

@@swifty2202 thanks for that link Swifty..I travelled on the big Hover loyed to Calis and back in the early 70s...the sea was quite choppy but that great thing just ploughed through ...couldn't see for spray...l loved it

@@Wayne-wv8us the video you see is just a sample of what's see from the static cam in the church spire that I'm lucky enough to be give the controls to play with 😉we have the hover being tested right in front us even new one destine for aboard and we have seen more spectacular spins and speed when they put them through there paces than these even a helicopter rescue practice from the RNLI and air sea recuse right in front of us 👍it would be a great experience to have a go on the Hover experience day but a tad expensive but people would pay good money to even be on one when it's being tested (some wouldn't but hey ho 😱) thanks for the comment much appreciate 👍
