몸만 퇴근했다는 말 넘 공감되네요 😢 저는 직장을 다니지만 바쁠땐 12시간 근무할 때도 있는데요..! 어쩌다 칼퇴를 하거나 퇴근후에 일 생각을 1도 안하면 제가 괜히 도태될 것 같고, 너무 머물려고만 하나 싶더라고요. 그렇게 스트레스를 받다가 지하철에서 한번 실신한 뒤로는 “칼퇴할 수 있을때 하자. 쉴 수 있을때 쉬자.“ 라는 생각으로 다니고 있습니당. 제 몸이 상하는건 결국 저의 책임이더라구요. 너무 다 짊어지려고 하지 마시고 쉴 수 있을때 푸욱 쉬셨음 좋겠어요 ☺️
지하철에서 실신까지 하셨다니 어떤 마음으로 일하셨을지 십분 공감이 됩니다. 바쁘다는 건 스스로 가진 것들을 제때 조절하지 못한 결과라는 생각이 들었어요. 말씀하신 것처럼 그러므로 제 책임이더라구요. 달리더라도 풍경을 지나치지 않는 속도를 배우고 있어요. 따듯한 위로 감사합니다 :)!
