It puts your body in extreme stress mode, fucks up the hormonal balance, challenges the kidneys and has a negative effect on blood results. And above all; it won't make you healthier or lighter in the long run, but it might make obsessive eating habits worse. I would highly recommend against this. A steady, doable diet full of nutricious and healthy ingredients that you can keep up for the coming 10+ years is a better way to go.

You can make juice with a blender. A strainer and cheesecloth. It is a little more time consuming but it will do the job. Also there’s 100s of recipes for juicing. And you can get an affordable juicer for under 100 dollars
